Abstract
다관절 매니퓨레이터로 구성되는 로봇 본체를 재치하는 로봇 가설대 내부에 상기 로봇 본체가 지지하는 도구(예를들어 용접 토치)의 동작을 구동 제어하는 전기회로(예를들어 용접전원)를 마련하고 있다.
로봇 장치의 설치 공간을 절약할 수 있으며, 설치 작업시간이나 부품수가 적어지므로 원가절감과 설치작업의 간이화가 실현 가능해지며, 안정된 용접상태를 얻는 로봇장치를 제공할 수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 바람직한 아크 용접 로봇의 실시 형태를 나타낸 정면 덮개를 벗긴 상태의 정면도이다.
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 바람직한 아크 용접 로봇의 실시 형태를 나타낸 정면 덮개가 붙어 있는 상태의 정면도이다.
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 바람직한 아크 용접 로봇의 실시 형태를 나타낸 좌측 측면도이다.
제4도는 본 발명에 따른 바람직한 아크 용접 로봇의 실시 형태를 나타낸 배면도이다.
Claims (5)
- 다관절 매니퓨레이터로 구성되는 로봇 본체를 재치하는 로봇 가설대 내부에 상기 로봇 본체가 지지하는 도구의 동작을 구동 제어하는 전기회로를 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 로봇 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 로봇이 지지하는 도구를 용접 토치 또는 용접총으로 하며, 상기 전기회로는 용접전원으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 로봇 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 로봇 가설대는 상기 전기회로의 전자 실드를 겸한 것임을 특징으로 하는 로봇 장치.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 로봇 가설대 내부에 상기 전기희로의 풍냉용의 송풍기와 환기창을 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 로봇 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 상기 로봇 가설대 내부에 상기 다관절 매니퓨레이터를 움직이는 전동기를 구동하는 서보회로도 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 로봇 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
