Abstract
(A) 비결정성 열가소성 수지, (B)비늘 상의 무기질 충전제 및 (C) 인산 에스테르기가 비스페놀을 통하여 결합하고 있는 구조를 갖는 특성의 인산 에스테르를 포함하는 열가소성 수지 조성물로부터 사출 성형함으로써 얻어지는, 높은 정확성과 정밀도로 기능하는 것이 요구되는 OA 기기용의 난연 수지제 고정밀도 기구 부품이 개시된다. 본 말명의 고정밀도 기구 부품은 성형 가공시에 난연제의 발연, 휘발 및 MD(주형 부착물)이 없고, 사용시에 난연제의 블리드가 없고, 휨 정도나 성형 수축률이 작으므로 고정밀도를 가지며, 선 팽창 계수의 이방성이 현저하게 적고, 진동 특성이 우수한 등의 우수한 기계적 특성을 갖고 있다. 본 발명의 고정밀도 기구 부품은, 예를 들면 컴퓨터, 게임기, 뮤직 플레이어, AV 기기, 복사기, 프린터, 팩시밀리, 퍼스날 컴퓨터, 워드 프로세서, 휴대용 통신 기기, 및 이들의 복합 기기등, 고온 고습 등의 엄격한 환경하에서 높은 정확도와 정밀도로 기능하는 것이 요구되는 정밀 기기에 아주 유리하게 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (7)
- (A) 비결정상 열가소성 수지 100중량부, (B) 비늘 상의 무기질 충전제 5 내지 150중량부 및 (C) 하기 화학식 (I)로 표시되는 인산 에스테르 3 내지 50중량부를 포함하는 열가소성 수지 조성물로부터 사출 성형함으로써 제조되는, 높은 정확도와 높은 정밀도로 기능하는 것이 요구되는 OA 기기용 난연 수지제 고정밀도 기구 부품.(상기 식 중, Q1, Q2, Q3및 Q4는 각각 독립적으로 탄소 원자수 1 내지 6의 알킬기 또는 수소 원자를 나타내고, R1, R2, R3및 R4는 각각 독립적으로 메틸기 또는 수소 원자를 나타내고, n은 1 이상의 정수를 나타내고, n1 및 n2는 각각 독립적으로 0 내지 2의 정수를 나타내고, m1, m2, m3 및 m4는 각각 독립적으로 1 내지 3의 정수를 나타낸다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, 그 사출 성형이 가스 보조 성형인 난연 수지제 고정밀도 기구 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비늘 상의 무기질 충전제가 유리 플레이크로 이루어지는 난연 수지제 고정밀도 기구 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비늘 상의 무기질 충전제가 운모 플레이크로 이루어지는 난연 수지제 고정밀도 부품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비늘 상의 무기질 충전제가 유리 플레이크 및 운모 플레이크로 이루어지는 난연 수지제 고정밀도 기구 부품.
- 제1항 내지 5항 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 조성물이 섬유질 강화 충전제를 더 포함하고, 비늘 상의 무기질 충전제와 섬유질 강화 충전제의 총 중량이 150중량부 이하인 난연 수지제 고정밀도 기구 부품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 섬유질 강화 충전제의 비율이, 비늘 상의 무기질 충전제와 섬유질 강화 충전제의 총 중량에 대하여 25 내지 75중량%인 난연 수지제 고정밀도 기구 부품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
