Abstract

본 발명은 열가소성 수지, 및 분자량 약 500 내지 약 2000의 저분자량 포스페이트 및 분자량 약 2300 내지 약 11,000의 고분자량 포스페이트의 배합물로 이루어진 방염제로 이루어진 성형가능한 방염성 열가소성 수지 조성물, 및 이로부터 성형된 제품에 관한 것이다. 상기 조성물은 높은 열 편향 온도, 우수한 내충격성, 탁월한 방염성 및 용이한 가공을 위한 우수한 유동성을 갖는다.

Claims (10)

  1. 성형가능한 열가소성 수지 및 조성물을 방염성으로 만들기에 충분한 양의 방염제(이때 상기 방염제는 분자량 약 500 이상의 전분자량 포스페이트 및 분자량 약 2300 이상의 고분자량 포스페이트의 배합물로 필수적으로 이루어지고, 상기 분자량들은 서로 중복되지 않는다)의 혼합물을 포함하는 성형가능한 방염성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저분자량 포스페이트가 약 500 내지 약 2000의 분자량을 갖는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자량 포스페이트가 약 2300 내지 약 11,000의 분자량을 갖는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방염제가 상기 포스페이트 방염제의 전체 중량을 기준으로 약 10 내지 90중량%의 저분자량 포스페이트 및 약 90 내지 10중량%의 고분자량 포스페이트로 필수적으로 이루어진 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 방향족 폴리카보네이트, 폴리페닐렌 에테르, 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리에테르이미드, 폴리에테르이미드 에스테르, 폴리아미드, 스티렌 함유 중합체 및 이들의 블렌드로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 방향족 폴리카보네이트와 스티렌 함유 중합체의 혼합물인 조성물.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 폴레페닐렌 에테르 수지와 고충격 폴리스티렌의 혼합물인 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 필수적으로 약 75 내지 약 97중량%의 열가소성 수지 및 약 25 내지 약 3중량%의 방염제로 이루어진 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저분자량 포스페이트가 하기 일반식을 갖는 조성물:
    상기 식에서, R1, R2, R3및 R4는 독립적으로 아릴 및 알크아릴 그룹으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되고, X는 아릴렌 그룹이고, m은 0 또는 1의 정수이고, n은 1 내지 5의 정수이고, P는 인이다.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 고분자량 포스페이트가 상기 저분자량 포스페이트와 동일한 일반식을 가지며, 다만 n이 6 내지 35의 정수인 조성물.
