Abstract

본 발명은 모듈IC검사기의 모듈IC 홀딩장치에 관한 것으로써, 좀더 구체적으로는 소켓의 콘택트핀이 벌어진 상태에서 모듈IC를 로딩한 다음 콘택트핀을 패턴에 점접촉시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.
이를 위해, 베이스(5)의 상면에 수평이동가능하게 결합된 복수개의 슬라이더(6)와, 상기 각 슬라이더에 모듈IC(1)와 점접촉하는 복수개의 콘택트핀(8)이 대향되게 고정된 인쇄회로기판(9)과, 상기 슬라이더의 상측에 위치되도록 베이스에 설치되어 로딩되는 모듈IC가 인쇄회로기판의 정위치에 오도록 양측면을 안내함과 동시에 검사시 유동되지 않도록 홀딩하는 가이더(16)와, 상기 가이더와 연결편(17)으로 연결되어 가이더를 진퇴운동시키는 제2실린더(19)와, 상기 인쇄회로기판이 고정된 슬라이더를 오므리거나, 벌려주는 캠수단을 포함하여 구성하여서 된 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 베이스(5)의 상면에 수평이동가능하게 결합된 복수개의 슬라이더(6)와, 상기 각 슬라이더에 모듈IC(1)와 점접촉하는 복수개의 콘택트핀(8)이 대향하게 고정된 인쇄회로기판(9)과, 상기 슬라이더의 상측에 위치하도록 베이스에 설치되어 로딩되는 모듈IC가 인쇄회로기판의 정위치에 오도록 양측면을 안내함과 동시에 검사시 유동되지 않도록 홀딩하는 가이더(16)와, 상기 가이더와 연결편(17)으로 연결되어 가이더를 진퇴운동시키는 제2실린더(19)와, 상기 인쇄회로기판이 고정된 슬라이더를오므리거나, 벌려주는 캠수단을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 모듈IC검사기의 모듈IC홀딩장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 캠수단은 각 슬라이더의 상부로 돌출된 돌출봉(10)과, 상기 돌출봉이 끼워지는 내향경사진 캠홈(11a)이 형성된 캠판(11)과, 상기 베이스에 고정되어 캠판이 고정된 고정블럭을 이동시키는 제1실린더(13)와, 상기 고정블럭이 수평이동되도록 하는 안내수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 모듈IC검사기의 모듈IC 홀딩장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 안내수단이 LM가이드(18)임을 특징으로 하는 모듈IC검사기의 모듈IC홀딩장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 돌출봉(10)에 베어링(15)을 고정하여 상기 베어링이 캠홈(11a)과 접속되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 모듈IC검사기의 모듈IC홀딩장치.
