Abstract

본 발명은, 당해 분야에 공지되어 있는 통상적인 평면형 전자장비들인 집적회로 "칩"들(C)용의 자동, 로보트작동식의 번인 소켓 시험장치(10)에 관한 것이다. 모기판 등과 같은 평면형 전자기판(20)에 조작가능하게 설치된 본 발명의 장치는 모기판에 설치하기 위한 제 1프레임부재(12)로 구성되며, 제 1프레임부재는 칩인출선들(80)에 작용하여 번인시험중 거기에 전류를 공급하기 위한 전기수단(90)을 포함한다. 제 2프레임부제(32)는 제 1프레임부재(12)에 슬라이딩식으로 설치되어, 제 2프레임부재는 제 1위치로부터 제2위치로 이동할 수 있다. 마지막으로, 공동 랫칭(40) 및 캠수단(66,76)이 제1 및 제2위치들 사이의 이동이 편리하고 칩(C)을 번인중 단단히 지지하도록 제1 및 제2프레임들 사이에 제공되며, 캠수단은 칩으로부터 자유로운 이격된 위치로부터 칩에 적용되는 위치로 이동할 수 있는 회전부재(70)를 포함한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 집적회로 "칩"들용 번인 소켓 검사장치에 있어서, 상기 칩들이 상기 장치가 설치될 수 있는 평면형 전자기판의 상보 트레이스에 전기적으로 상호 접속되기 위한 다수의 칩인출선들이나 트레이스들을 가진 평면형 장치이며, 상기 장치가:번인중 상기 칩인출선에 적용되어 거기에 전류를 공급하기 위한 전기 수단을 포함하는, 상기 평면형 전자기판에 설치하기 위한 제 1프레임 부재: 상기 제 1프레임부재와 슬라이딩 결합할 수 있도록 설치되어, 제 1위치로부터 제 2위치로 이동할 수 있는 제 2프레임부재: 및 상기 제1 및 제2위치들 사이에서 상기 이동을 가능하게 하고, 번인중 상기 칩을 단단히 지지하며, 상기 칩으로부터 자유로운 이격된 위치에서 상기 칩에 작용하는 위치로 이동할 수 있는 회전부재를 포함하는, 상기 제1 및 제2프레임부재 사이의 공동 랫칭 및 캠수단으로 구성되는 번인 소켓 시험장치.
  2. 시험중 상기 칩이 장착되는 칩 수용베이스를 포함하며, 상기 베이스가 상기 칩을 상기 평면형 전자기판에 전기적으로 상호접속하기 위해 그 위에 회로를 포함하는 다수의 가요성 필름들을 포함하는 제 1 항의 번인 소켓 시험장치.
  3. 상기 칩들이 그 외곽으로부터 돌출하며 자유단으로 종단되는 복수의 단속적인 인출선들을 포함하고, 상기 장치는 마찬가지로 다수의 수직설치된 홈들을 포함하는 칩작용벽을 가지는 칩수용 베이스를 포함하여, 각 자유종단이 번인중 각각의 홈에 슬리이드되어 수용되는 제 1 항의 번인 소켓 시험장치.
  4. 상기 회전캠부재가 상기 인출선의 자유종단들에 적용되어, 번인중 거기에 균일한 수직력을 작용시키게 되는 제 3 항의 번인 소켓 시험장치.
  5. 상기 칩들이 그 제 1 평면을 따라 복수의 인출선 회로 트레이스들을 포함하며, 상기 회전캠부재가 번인중 상기 칩의 제 2 평면에 작용하는 제1항의 번인 소켓 시험장치.
