Abstract

엔진 센터멤버의 선단부와 이의 상측으로 결합되는 라디데이터 로워서포트멤버를 견고하고 정확하게 가고정시켜 줄 수 있도록 정도확보 및 작업성을 향상시킴과 동시에 여러 차종에 범용으로 사용할 수 있도록 한 자동차의 엔진 센터멤버 조립용 지그를 제공할 목적으로; 평판부재로 이루어져 중간부 양측에 상하 길이방향으로 소정의 길이를 갖는 장공이 형성되고, 그의 상측부에는 수평방향으로 형성되는 가이드 홈에 한쌍의 위치 설정핀이 상호 간격 조절 가능하도록 배치되는 승강부재와; 수직부와 수평부로 이루어져 상기 승강부재가 수평부 반대측의 수직부 일측면에 상하 슬라이드 가능하게 조립되는 지지부재와; 수직부와 수평부로 이루어져 상기 승강부재의 상승시 이를 받쳐주는 받침대를 포함하여 이루어지는 자동차의 엔진 센터멤버 조립용 지그를 제공함에 특징이 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 평판부재로 이루어져 중간부 양측에 상하 길이방향으로 소정의 길이를 갖는 장공이 형성되고, 그의 상측부에는 수평방향으로 형성되는 가이드 홈에 한쌍의 위치 설정핀이 상호 간격 조절 가능하도록 배치되는 승강부재와; 수직부와 수평부로 이루어져 상기 승강부재가 수평부 반대측의 수직부 일측면에 상하 슬라이드 가능하게 조립되는 지지부재와; 수직부와 수평부로 이루어져 상기 승강부재의 상승시 이를 받쳐주는 받침대를 포함하여 이루어지는 자동차의 엔진 센터멤버 조립용 지그.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 위치 설정핀은 그 하단부가 대폭부와 소폭부로 이루어져 상측 중간부에 소폭의 개구부를 갖는 가이드 홈에 결합되고, 상기 소폭부 상측으로 형성되는 숫나사부에 체결되는 너트에 의하여 고정되는 자동차의 엔진 센터멤버 조립용 지그.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 승강부재의 하측변은 일측 일부를 남기고 경사면으로 이루어지며, 받침대는 그 상측면이 일부분을 남겨두고 상기 승강부재의 경사면에 대응하는 경사면으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 엔진 센터멤버 조립용 지그.
