技术领域
本发明涉及摩托车发动机的装配设备,尤其涉及一种摩托车发动机的装配线。
背景技术
现有技术中,摩托车发动机一般在自动装配线上组装,为使发动机在自动装配线上得到定位,一般还设置有装配工装,装配工装通过连接发动机上用于连接车架的安装孔对发动机进行固定。
然而,发动机各零部件的合适的装配方向差异较大,而装配工只能在装配线的两侧进行装配,发动机合适的装配方向与装配工方便的装配方式有差异,增加了装配工的劳动强度。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述所提及的技术问题,提供一种摩托车发动机的装配线,可以使发动机旋转,便于装配工装配,降低劳动强度。
本发明是通过以下的技术方案实现的:
一种摩托车发动机的装配线,包括机架和设置机架上的输送带,输送带设置有发动机装配工装,装配工装包括底座、与底座转动连接的第一支架、与第一支架转动的第二支架,第一支架的转动方向与第二支架的转动方向偏置设置,第二支架与发动机连接,第一支架呈L形,第一支架包括水平设置的第一底板和竖直设置的第一立柱,第一立柱设置于第一底板的一端,第二支架和底座设置于第一底板背向第一立柱的一侧。
优选的,第一底板的底部滑动的设置有第一杆件和驱动第一杆件朝底座移动的第一弹簧,底座呈圆盘状,底座的径向均布的设置有容置第一杆件端部的若干第一凹部。
进一步的,第一杆件背向底座的一端朝第一立柱一侧延伸,第一杆件背向底座的一端设置有延伸至第一底板外侧的第一勾部。
优选的,第二支架包括第二本体、连接第二本体的第二轴,第二轴与第一立柱顶部转动连接,第一立柱顶部设置有容置第二轴的第一通孔。
进一步的,第二轴朝向第二本体的一端设置有第二盘,第二盘的周向设置有若干第二凹部,第一立柱设置有可伸入第二凹部限制第二支架转动的第二杆件,第二杆件与第一立柱滑动连接。
进一步的,第二杆件背向第二本体的一端铰接有第二操作杆,第二操作杆的中部与第一立柱铰接。
进一步的,第一立柱设置有容置第二杆件的第二通孔,第二通孔内设置有使第二杆件朝第二凹部移动的第二弹簧。
优选的,第二本体呈C形设置,第二本体上设置有能够连接发动机安装孔一端的第一定位销、能够连接发动机安装孔另一端的第一限位块,第一定位销与第二本体固定连接,第一限位块与第二本体转动连接。
进一步的,第二本体设置连接第一限位块的第二连杆,第二连杆与第二本体螺纹连接,第二连杆背向第二本体的一端设置有限制第一限位块移动的第二凸部,第二连杆设置有使第一限位块与第二凸部抵接的第三弹簧。
进一步的,第一限位块设置有延伸至发动机安装孔内的第二定位销,第二定位销与第一限位块滑动连接,第二定位销背向发动机安装孔的一端设置有用于手持的第二勾部。
有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本发明通过设置底座、与底座转动连接的第一支架、与第一支架转动的第二支架,第一支架的转动方向与第二支架的转动方向偏置设置,第二支架与发动机连接,使得发动机可以朝两个不同的方向旋转,方便操作工装配操作,降低劳动强度;同时,第一支架呈L形,第一支架包括水平设置的第一底板和竖直设置的第一立柱,第一立柱设置于第一底板的一端,第二支架和底座设置于第一底板背向第一立柱的一侧,还使得发动机位于装配工装的中心,避免发动机重力使装配工装倾覆,减少装配线偏磨。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种摩托车发动机的装配线,包括机架5和设置机架5上的输送带4,输送带4设置有发动机装配工装,
装配工装包括底座3、与底座3转动连接的第一支架1、与第一支架1转动的第二支架2,第一支架1的转动方向与第二支架2的转动方向偏置设置,第二支架2与发动机连接。
第一支架1的转动方向与第二支架2的转动方向偏置设置,使得发动机可以朝两个不同的方向旋转,方便操作工装配操作,降低劳动强度。
优选的,使第一支架1的转动方向与第二支架2的转动方向垂直,效果更佳,调整更方便。
第一支架1呈L形,第一支架1包括水平设置的第一底板11和竖直设置的第一立柱12,第一立柱12设置于第一底板11的一端,第二支架2和底座3设置于第一底板11背向第一立柱12的一侧。
这样使得发动机位于装配工装的中心,避免发动机重力使装配工装倾覆,减少装配线偏磨,也降低了装配工装的强度要求,同时,避免发动机转动到装配线外侧产生干涉。
当发动机转动至合适位置时,为使第一支架1与底座3固定,第一底板11的底部滑动的设置有第一杆件13和驱动第一杆件13朝底座3移动的第一弹簧14,底座3呈圆盘状,底座3的径向均布的设置有容置第一杆件13端部的若干第一凹部31。
第一杆件13与不同的第一凹部31连接,可以使第一支架1旋转不同的角度。
为方便对第一杆件13进行操作,进一步的,第一杆件13背向底座3的一端朝第一立柱12一侧延伸,第一杆件13背向底座3的一端设置有延伸至第一底板11外侧的第一勾部15。
对于第二支架2,第二支架2包括第二本体21、连接第二本体21的第二轴22,第二轴22与第一立柱12顶部转动连接,第一立柱12顶部设置有容置第二轴22的第一通孔16。
这样可以使第二支架2灵活的相对第一立柱12转动。
当发动机转动至合适位置时,为使第二支架2与第一立柱12固定,进一步的,第二轴22朝向第二本体21的一端设置有第二盘23,第二盘23的周向设置有若干第二凹部24,第一立柱12设置有可伸入第二凹部24限制第二支架2转动的第二杆件17,第二杆件17与第一立柱12滑动连接。
第二杆件17与不同的第二凹部24连接,可以使发动机倾斜不同的角度。
为方便对第二杆件17进行操纵,进一步的,第二杆件17背向第二本体21的一端铰接有第二操作杆18,第二操作杆18的中部与第一立柱12铰接。
第二操作杆18利用杠杆原理,使第二杆件17移动所需的力减小。
为便于第二杆件17与第二凹部24连接,避免发动机意外偏转,第一立柱12设置有容置第二杆件17的第二通孔19,第二通孔19内设置有使第二杆件17朝第二凹部24移动的第二弹簧20。
如图1、图2所示,为降低第二本体21的重量、减少第二本体21对发动机的遮挡以及方便在装配线的两侧同时进行装配,第二本体21呈C形设置,第二本体21上设置有能够连接发动机安装孔一端的第一定位销25、能够连接发动机安装孔另一端的第一限位块26,第一定位销25与第二本体21固定连接,第一限位块26与第二本体21转动连接。
发动机与第一定位销25连接进行定位,第一限位块26防止发动机在转动过程与第二本体21脱离。
旋转第一限位块26,发动机与第一限位销的连接和分离不受影响。
为适应不同的发动机安装孔高度,第二本体21设置连接第一限位块26的第二连杆27,第二连杆27与第二本体21螺纹连接,第二连杆27背向第二本体21的一端设置有限制第一限位块26移动的第二凸部271,第二连杆27设置有使第一限位块26与第二凸部271抵接的第三弹簧28。
通过调整第二连杆27,使第一限位块26与第一限位销的距离发生变化。为避免发动机转动过程中第一限位块26意外转动,第一限位块26设置有延伸至发动机安装孔内的第二定位销29,第二定位销29与第一限位块26滑动连接,第二定位销29背向发动机安装孔的一端设置有用于手持的第二勾部30。
第二定位销29也可以连接有弹簧,以便保持第二定位销29与发动机的连接。
