Abstract

본 발명은 프런트 펜더와 프런트 범퍼의 플랜지를 가이드 그로메트로 체결시키는 프런트 범퍼의 체결 구조에 관한 것이다.
상승부(15) 및 하강부(16)와, 상기 하강부의 하부에 구비되면 체결홈(21)이 형성된 하부 플랜지(20)와, 상기 상승부와 하강부의 경계지점에서 회전가능하도록 절곡부(17b)가 형성된 상부 플랜지(17)로 구성된 프런트 범퍼의 사이드부의 상부 플레이트(18)와, 삽입구멍(30)이 형성된 상승부(11b)와 상기 삽입구멍(30)에 삽입되는 그로메트(31)와, 체결구(33)가 형성된 수직면(32)과, 상부면(34)으로 이루어진 하강부(11b)와, 상기 체결구(33)에 체결되는 고정블럭(37)으로 구성되어, 가이드 조립체(25)의 가이드 핀(26)으로써, 위치결정 그로메트의 삽입구멍(38)과 하부 플랜지(20)의 체결홈(21)을 고정시킨다.

Claims (1)

  1. 상승부(15) 및 하강부(16)와, 상기 하강부의 하부에 구비되며 결홈(21)이 형성된 하부 플랜지(20)와, 상기 상승부와 하강부의 경계지점에서 회전가능하도록 절곡부(17b)가 형성된 상부 플랜지(17)로 구성된 프런트 범퍼의 사이드부의 상부 플레이트(18)와, 삽입구멍(30)이 형성된 상승부(11b)와 상기 삽입구멍(30)에 삽입되는 그로메트(31)와, 체결구(33)가 형성된 수직면(32)과, 상부면(34)으로 이루어진 하강부(11b)와, 상기 체결구(33)에 체결되는 고정블럭(37)으로 구성되어, 가이드 조립체(25)의 가이드 핀(26)으로써, 위치결정 그로메트의 삽입구멍(38)과 하부 플랜지(20)의 체결홈(21)을 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 프런트 범퍼의 체결 구조.
