Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 범퍼취부용 스테이 구조에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 롱지튜디널에 형성된 구멍과 스테이에 형성한 구멍을 서로 일치시킨 상태에서 볼트로써 고정시켜야 했으므로, 그 과정이 힘들고 불편한 문제가 있었고, 조립공차 관리 또한 복잡한 문제 등이 발생했었다. 따라서 본 발명에서는, 롱지튜디널(110)의 요입부(112)에 삽입 고정되는 차량의 범퍼취부용 스테이 구조에 있어서, 상기 롱지튜디널(110)의 요입부(112) 상면에는 수개의 고정홈(114)을 형성하고, 그 고정홈(114)으로 끼워지도록한 스테이(120) 상면에는 고정돌부(122)를 수개 형성하여 된 것으로, 롱지튜디널의 안내홈으로 스테이의 안내돌기가 자동적으로 안내되어 결합되는 것이기 때문에 그 장착이 용이하며 조립 공차관리를 정확하게 할수 있게 된 발명이다.

  1. 롱지튜디널(110)의 요입부(112)에 삽입 고정되는 차량의 범퍼취부용 스테이구조에 있어서, 상기 롱지튜디널(110)의 요입부(112) 상면에는 수개의 고정홈(114)을 형성하고, 그 고정홈(114)으로 끼워지도록 한 스테이(120) 상면에는 고정돌부(122)를 수개 형성하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 범퍼취부용 스테이 구조.
