Abstract

본 발명은 힌지 핀이 연료 필라 리드에 일체형으로 성형된 고정구에 고정되므로써, 고정력이 강화되고, 사용부품이 단순화되어 조립원가가 절감될 수 있는 자동차의 연료 필라 리드의 힌지 고정구조의 제공을 목적으로 한다. 상기 목적의 본 발명은 직사각형 형상의 강판으로 형성된 연료 필라 리드가 브래킷과 힌지핀을 이용 차체에 고정되는 것으로, 상기 리드의 내면 일측의 양모서리부에 상기 리드와 일체로 각각 형성되는 것으로 서로 수직한 방향의 적어도 2개 이상의 고정홈을 가지는 2개의 고정구와, 상기 고정구의 각 고정홈에 일축이 끼워지는 것으로 서로 직교하는 축을 가지는 힌지핀과, 상기 힌지핀들의 타측에 일측이 회동될 수 있게 끼워지는 2개의 힌지공을 가지고 타측은 차체에 고정되는 브래킷을 포함한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 직사각형 형상의 강판으로 형성된 연료 필라 리드가 브래킷과 힌지핀을 이용 차체에 고정되는 것으로, 상기 리드의 내면 일측의 양모서리부에 상기 리드와 일체로 각각 형성되는 것으로 서로 수직한 방향의 적어도 2개 이상의 고정홈을 가지는 2개의 고정구와, 상기 고정구의 각 고정홈에 일축이 끼워지는 것으로 서로 직교하는 축을 가지는 힌지핀과, 상기 힌지핀들의 타측에 일측이 회동될 수 있게 끼워지는 2개의 힌지공을 가지고 타측은 차체에 고정되는 브래킷을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 연료 필라 리드의 힌지 고정구조.
