Abstract

[목적]제작오차가 축에 대한 와이퍼 아암의 위치결정 정밀도에 미치는 정도를 대단히 경미하게 하고, 또한, 조임 모멘트가 위치결정 정밀도에 영향을 미치는 일없이, 와이퍼 아암을 높은 조임 모멘트로 축에 고정하는 것이 가능하도록 한 고정장치를 제공한다.
[구성]축(10)이 적어도 1구역에, 원대칭형과는 다른 단면 형성부(22)와 견부(26)를 갖고, 또한, 상기 축과 아이퍼 아암(14)간에 고정부재(16)가 꽂아끼워져 있고, 상기 고정부재가 상기 단면성형부의 구역에 있어서 상기 축의 주면에 끼워맞춤 접속식으로 결합하고, 또한 상기 고정부재가 외부원추부(28)를, 또한 상기 와이퍼 아암이 내부원추부(34)를 갖고, 상기 외부원추부와 내부원추부가 조립 위치에 있어서 서로 일치하고, 또한 상기의 고정부재(16)와 와이퍼 아암(14)이 상기 와이퍼 아암(14)을 상기 축의 견부(26)에 맞닿게 지지하도록 착탈가능한 엘리멘트(20)에 의해 축(10)에 위치고정되어 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 와이퍼 아암(14)을 구동하는 축(10)에 와이퍼 아암을 고정하는 장치에 있어서, 축(10)이 적어도 1구역에, 원대칭형과는 다른 단면 성형부(22)와 견부(26)를 갖고, 또한 상기 축(10)과 와이퍼 아암(14)간에 고정부재(16)가 끼워맞춰져 있고, 상기 고정부재가 상기 단면성형부(22)의 구역에 있어서 상기 축(10)의 주면에 끼워맞춤 접속식으로 결합되어 있고, 또한 상기 고정부재(16)가 외부원추부(28)를, 또한 상기 와이퍼 아암(14)이 내부원추부(34)를 갖고, 상기 외부원추부와 내부원추부가 조립위치에 있어서 서로 일치하고, 또한 상기 고정부재(16)와 와이퍼 아암(14)이 상기 와이퍼 아암(14)을 상기 축의 견부(26)에 맞닿게 지지하도록 착탈가능한 요소(20)에 의해 상기 축(10)에 위치 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼 아암의 고정장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 견부(26)와 고정부재(16) 사이에 와서(12)가 끼워맞춰질 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼 아암의 고정장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 고정부재(16)가 길이방향의 슬리트(38)를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼 아암의 고정장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고정부재(16)가 외부원추부(36)의 구역에, 원대칭형과는 다른 단면형상을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 와이퍼 아암의 고정장치.
