Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 프론트차체 검사용 지그에 관한 것으로 손잡이(1)가 달린 지지판(2)의 한쪽 선단부에 차체(8)에 형성된 기준홀에 끼워지는 기준핀(3)이 관통되게 설치되고 이 기준판(3)과 인접해서 차체(8)에 걸어서 고정시킬 수 있는 ㄴ자 형상의 걸림브라켓(4)이 장착되며 상기 기준핀(3)과 맞은편쪽의 선단부에는 검사블럭(5)이 고정보울트(6)를 매개로 조절가능하게 고정됨과 더불어 이 검사블럭(5)의 양측에는 눈금이 새겨진 장공(5a)이 형성되면서 이 장공(5a)에 검사핀(7)이 돌출되게 설치된 구조로 되어 프론트차체에 범퍼스테이의 정확한 장착여부를 용이하게 판별할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 손잡이(1)가 달린 지지판(2)의 한쪽 선단부에 차체(8)에 형성된 기준홀에 끼워지는 기준핀(3)이 관통되게 설치되고 이 기준판(3)과 인접해서 차체(8)에 걸어서 고정시킬 수 있는 ㄴ자 형상의 걸림브라켓(4)이 장착되며 상기 기준핀(3)과 맞은편쪽의 선단부에는 검사블럭(5)이 고정보울트(6)를 매개로 조절가능하게 고정됨과 더불어 이 검사블럭(5)의 양측에는 눈금이 새겨진 장공(5a)이 형성되면서 이 장공(5a)에 검사핀(7)이 돌출되게 설치된 구조로 이루어진 자동차의 프론트차체 검사용 지그.
