Abstract

블레이드와 아암의 내구성을 동시에 시험할 수 있도록 하여 작업성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하고, 차종에 관계 없이 범용으로 사용할 수 있도록 한 자동차의 선바이저 내구성 시험용 지그를 제공할 목적으로; 피측정 대상물인 선바이저가 고정되는 고정부재와; 상기 고정부재의 저면 중앙부로 세워지는 상측 지주와; 상기 상측 지주의 외측으로 삽입되어 고정볼트로 고정이 이루어지는 하측 지주와; 상기 하측 지주의 하단부에 고착되어 이들을 정반위에 고정시켜 주는 마그네틱 플레이트로 이루어지는 자동차의 선바이저 내구성 시험용 지그를 제공한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 피측정 대상물인 선바이저가 고정되는 고정부재와; 상기 고정부재의 저면 중앙부로 세워지는 상측 지주와; 상기 상측 지주의 외측으로 삽입되어 고정볼트로 고정이 이루어지는 하측 지주와; 상기 하측 지주의 하단부에 고착되어 이들을 정반위에 고정시켜 주는 마그네틱 플레이트로 이루어지는 자동차의 선바이저 내구성 시험용 지그.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고정부재는 사각부재로 이루어져 이의 4개 면에 각각 이격거리를 달리는 볼트고을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 선바이저 내구성 시험용 지그.
