Abstract

종래에 있어서의 IC의 품종 변화로 인한 스페이싱 프레임의 교환을 테스트 헤드마다 이동시킨 뒤에 실행하지 않으면 안되었다. 본 발명은 테스트 헤드를 이동시키지 않고 단시간에 스페이싱 프레임을 환관할 수 있는 구조를 실현하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다.
본 발명의 스페이싱 프레임은 테스트 헤드에 장착된 퍼포먼스 보드에 따른 방향에서 IC 핸들러에 끼우고 빼는 구조로 구성된다. 테스트 헤드와의 접속은 클램프 캠을 사용하여 스페이싱 프레임을 테스트 헤드 방향으로 이동시킴으로써 실현하고 있다. 클램프 캠을 사용하여 스페이싱 프레임을 테스트 헤드에서 반대 방향으로 이동시킴으로써 테스트 헤드를 이동시키지 않고, 스페이싱 프레임을 교환할 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. IC 핸들러와 IC 테스터 와의 사이를 접속하는 스페이싱 프레임(1)에 있어서, 교환이 용이하게 설치된 스페이싱 프레임을 한쪽면에 피측정 디바이스를 삽입하는 IC 소켓(5)과; 반대면에 IC 테스터의 퍼포먼스 보드(16)와 전기 접속하는 접점과; IC 핸들러의 메인 베이스(8)의 절결부에 퍼포먼스 보드(16)와 평행으로 이동하는 슬라이드 기구를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스페이싱 프레임 기구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, IC 핸들러에 설치된 클램프 캠(2)에 의하여 퍼포먼스 보드(16)와 수직 방향으로 고정되는 가이드 기구(3)를 설치함으로써, 용이하게 고정을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스페이싱 프레임 구조.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, IC 핸들러의 챔버(10)를 밀폐시키기 위해 챔버 뚜껑(6)을 설치함으로써, 스페이싱 프레임(1)의 챔버에 끼우고 빼기를 용이하게 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스페이싱 프레임 구조.
