Abstract

반도체 시험 장치의 테스트 헤드에 있어서, 프린트 판으로의 실장 보드의 핀카드 교환시의 작업성과, 접속 커넥터의 접촉 신뢰성을 향상시켜 수득하는 반도체 시험 장치용 테스트 헤드를 제공한다. 이 때문에, 테스트 헤드(6)부 내의 하측부에 설치되어 백보드(1)를, 상측부에 설치되어 있는 머더보드(2) 아래에 인접하게 부착하고, 하측부로의 보드류의 설치를 없애며, 교환을 필요로 하는 핀 카드(4)의 탈착에 있어서는 테스트헤드(6)부내의 하측부방향으로부터 핀 카드(4)를, 백보드(1)의 커넥터(3)부에 삽입하거나 뽑는 구성으로 한 반도체 시험 장치용 테스트 헤드.

Claims (2)

  1. 피시험 반도체 소자와 반도체 시험 장치를 접속하여 측정을 행하는 반도체 테스트 헤드(6)에 있어서, 테스트 헤드(6) 내부의 상측부에 설치되어 있는 피시험 반도체 소자와 핀 카드(4)와의 전기적 접속의 인터페이스부가 되는 머더보드(2)에 인접하고, 상기 테스트 헤드(6) 상자체의 상면에 평행하게 설치된 테스트 헤드(6)와의 기계적 강도를 확보하는 백보드(1)와, 상기 백보드(1)의 커넥터(3)에 상기 테스트 헤드(6) 상자체의 하측으로부터 삽입 또는 뽑을 수 있는 복수의 핀 카드(4)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 시험 장치용 테스트 헤드.
  2. 피시험 반도체 소자와 반도체 시험 장치를 접속하여 측정을 행하는 반도체 시험장치의 테스트 헤드(6)에 있어서, 테스트 헤드(6) 내부의 상측부에 설치되어 있는 피시험 반도체 소자와 핀 카드(4)와의 전기적 접속의 인터페이스부가 되는 머더보드부를, 상기 테스트 헤드(6)상자체의 상면에 평행하게 설치된 테스트 헤드(6)와의 기계적 강도를 확보하기 위해 일체 성형된 백보드(1)와, 상기 백보드(1)의 커넥터(3)에 상기 테스트 헤드(6)상자체의 하측으로부터 삽입 또는 뽑을 수 있도록 설치된 복수의 핀 카드(4)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 시험 장치용 테스트 헤드.
