Abstract

연료탱크내의 연료펌프의 입구측에 연료펌프가 시동가능한 연료량을 장기간 확보하기 위하여, 연료탱크내에 매달리게 하는 서브탱크내에 서브탱크내의 연료를 흡상하는 연료펌프가 설치된다. 연료펌프의 흡입구측에 상방으로 일어서도록 형성되는 연료액면 유지부재는 이 일어서는 용적부분에 연료가 저장되도록 되어 있다. 이로 인하여, 간단한 구성으로 연료탱크내의 연료펌프로서 흡상하는 연료량을 확보하는 구조가 얻어진다.

제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예의 연료공급장치를 나타내는 단면도, 제2도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 의한 연료 공급유닛이 차량선회시 등에 경사진 경우에 연료액면상태를 나타내는 도면, 제4도는 본 발명의 제2실시예의 연료공급장치를 나타내는 단면도, 제5도는 본 발명의 제3실시예의 연료공급장치를 나타내는 단면도, 제6도는 본 발명의 제4실시예의 연료공급장치를 나타내는 단면도, 제7도는 본 발명의 제1실시예의 서브탱크본체를 위에서 본 평면도, 제9도는 본 발명의 제5실시예에 의한 연료공급유닛이 차량선회시 등에 경사진 경우의 연료액상태를 나타내는 도면.

Claims (12)

  1. 연료를 저장하는 연료탱크와; 연료탱크의 저부에서 내측으로 연료를 흡입하기 위한 연료취입포트를 가지는, 연료탱크에 설치된 서브탱크; 서브탱크에 설치되는 흡입필터; 서브탱크내에 연료를 흡입필터를 통해 흡입구명으로부터 펌프하기 위해 서브탱크에 설치된 연료펌프; 서브탱크를 연료탱크에 고정시키는 플랜지; 및 상승부에 의해 형성된 공간에 연료를 저류하기 위해 연료펌프의 흡입구멍측에서 상승하도록 형성된 연료액면 유지수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료공급장치.
  2. 청구항1에 있어서, 연료흡입포트는 서브탱크의 하부에 제공되고, 흡입필터는 연로액면 유지수단에 저류된 연료를 흡입필터내에 남겨놓도록 설치되고; 서브탱크는 첵크밸브와 통로벽에 의해 형성되어 연료취입포트와 서브탱크 내측을 연통시키는 통로를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료공급장치.
  3. 청구항1에 있어서, 연료펌프 주위에 설치된 연료필터; 연료필터를 수용하고 또한 서브탱크에 연결된 필터 하우징; 서브탱크를 위해 플랜지에 설치되는 뚜껑부재; 연료를 서브탱크로 방출하기 위해 플랜지에 의해 지지되는 리턴파이프; 및 뚜껑부재에 설치되어 리턴파이프와 접동연결되는 접동시일부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료공급장치.
  4. 청구항1에 있어서, 상기 연료펌프는 연료공급측과 리턴측으로 연료를 분기시키기 위한 분기부를 가지고, 이 분기부의 리턴측에 제트펌프가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료공급장치.
  5. 청구항1에 있어서, 연료펌프 주위에 설치되는 연료필터와, 상기 연료필터를 수용함과 동시에 상기서브탱크와 결합된 필터하우징과, 서브탱크본체와 뚜껑부재 사이의 연료탱크의 깊이에 따라 플랜지와 서브탱크간의 간격을 조절하는 스프링과; 플랜지에 형성되어 뚜껑부재를 향해 돌출하는 스프링 받침부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료공급장치.
  6. 연료탱크와 연료탱크의 하부에 설치되어 밖에서 안으로 연료를 도입하기 위한 연통공간이 연료탱크의 저부에 형성된 서브탱크와 서브탱크안에 형성된 연료저류실과, 연료저류실 안에서 연료를 흡상하여 가압하는 연료펌프와, 연료저류실 안에 그 일부가 수용되고, 연료펌프의 이 물질을 제거하는 흡입필터와, 서브탱크 밖에서 연료저류실을 향하여 상기 연료펌프에서 배출한 연료의 일부의 유체에너지를 사용하여 연료를 이송하기 위한 제트펌프와, 제트펌프로서 흡입한 연료를 보내는 흡입통로와, 중력방향으로 형성되고 연료저류실과 흡입통로와를 구획하는 구획벽부(35)를 포함하고, 상기 연료필터는 그 외주면이 메시로 덮이고 연료에 의한 유막이 함기 메시를 덮음으로써, 형성되는 폐공간이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료공급장치.
  7. 청구항6에 있어서, 상기 폐공간은 연료팅크의 모서리에 체류한 연료가 연통 공간에 되돌아오기 까지의 시간주행할 수 있는 소정용적을 상기 폐공간에 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료공급장치.
  8. 청구항7에 있어서, 상기 소정용적은 100cc 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료공급장치.
  9. 청구항6에 있어서, 연료저류실은 상방향으로 돌출하여 연료의 유출을 방지하는 미로벽을 가지고, 구획벽부는 서브탱크의 주위에 형성되어 있으며, 미로벽과 구획벽부가 상기 연료필터의 주위를 둘러쌓고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료공급장치.
  10. 청구항6에 있어서, 서브탱크를 지지하기 위해 연료탱크의 부착구멍에 지지된 플랜지를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료공급장치.
  11. 청구항10에 있어서, 상기 연료필터의 외형은 상하방향 치수가 좌우방향 치수보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 연료공급장치.
  12. 청구항6에 있어서, 흡입필터의 메시는 30㎛의 구멍들을 가지는 직조형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료공급장치.
