Abstract
폴리프로필렌수지의 경질선재가 갖는 자기복원성을 살리면서 호스를 만곡시켜도 만곡부에서 호스의 안쪽지름이 협소화 하지 않고, 호스의 내주면이 매끄럽게 연속한 활모양을 유지하여, 유체의 흐름을 정체시키지 않고, 원활하게 유통시킬 수 있는 단열호스를 얻는 것을 과제로 한다.
그 해결수단으로서는 폴리염화비닐제 띠부재(11)의 일부가 비접착형상으로 겹쳐서 형성된 나선형상의 공동부(12)를 갖는 거의 원통형상의 내층(1)과 이 공동부(12)내에 내장시키고 있는 나선형상의 경질수지제 보강선(2)과, 이 공동부(12)와 동일핏치로 동 공동부(12)위에 나선으로 감겨져 있는 발포수지대(31)의 단열층(3)과 그 외주를 피복하는 폴리염화비닐 띠(41)제의 외피층(4)으로 이루어지는 단열호스이며, 상기 보강선(2)이 폴리올레핀계 수지제의 심선(21)과 그 외주에 연질 폴리염화비닐제의 피복층(22)을 형성하고 있는 2층선으로 하고, 이 피복층(22)을 접착제를 사용하여 도는 열융착에 의해 상기 공동부(12)의 내벽부분(13)과 접착시키고 있다.

Claims (4)
- 연질 폴리 염화비닐제 띠부재(11)의 일부가 비접착형상으로 겹쳐서 형성된 나선모양의 공동부(12)를 갖는 거의 원통형상의 내층(1)과, 이 공동부(12)내에 내장된 나선형상의 경질수지제 보강선(2)과 이 공동부(12)와 동일 핏치로 동 공동부(12)위에 나선으로 감겨진 발포수지대(31)제의 단열층(3)과 그 외주를 피복하는 연질 폴리 염화비닐대(41)제의 외피층(4)으로 이루어지는 단열호스이며, 상기 보강선(2)이 폴리올레핀계 수지제의 심선(21)과 그 외주가 폴리염화비닐제의 피복층(22)에 의해 피복된 2층선이며, 이 피복층(22)이 접착제를 사용하고 또는 열융착에 의해 상기 공동부(12)의 내벽부분(13)과 접착시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 단열호스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외피층 형성대(41)가 그 일측 테두리가 상기 내층(1)위에 접착되며 상기 발포수지대(31)의 인접하는 사이를 통하여 발포수지대(31)의 외주면상에 있어서 다른측 테두리가 먼저감겨진 띠와 접착시키고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열호스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내층(1)과 외피층(4)을 넓은 폭의 연질 폴리염화비닐제의 띠부재에 의해 일체적으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열호스.
- 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 항에 있어서, 상기 발포수지대(31)가 독립기포체 소재인 것을 특징으로 하는 단열호스.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
