Abstract

본 발명은 스트렙토마이세스 엑스포리아투스(Streptomyces exfoliatus) YJ-118과 이를 이용한 프라바스타틴 나트륨의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하기로는 신균주 스트렙토마이세스 엑스포리아투스(Streptomyces exfoliatus) YJ-118를 사용한 미생물의 효소적-하이드록실화 반응을 이용하여 고지혈증 치료제로 유용한 다음 화학식 1로 표시되는 프라바스타틴 나트륨을 고수율 및 고순도로 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

스트렙토마이세스 엑스포리아투스(Streptomyces exfoliatus)YJ-118과 이를 이용한 프라바스타틴 나트륨의 제조방법

Claims (4)

  1. 스트렙토마이세스 엑스포리아투스(Streptomyces exfoliatus) YJ-118 균주.
  2. 다음 화학식 2a 또는 화학식 2b로 표시되는 프라바스타틴 전구체를 미생물에 의한 효소적-하이드록실화 반응시켜 다음 화학식 1로 표시되는 프라바스타틴 나트륨을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
    상기 미생물로는 스트렙토마이세스 엑스포리아투스(Streptomyces exfoliatus) YJ-118를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프라바스타틴 나트륨의 제조방법.

    상기 화학식 2b에서, R은 H 또는 Na이다.

  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 미생물 종자 배양을 위한 제1배지에 상기 프라바스타틴 전구체를 0.05%(w/v) 미만의 농도로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프라바스타틴 나트륨의 제조방법.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서, 미생물 배양을 위한 제2배지에 상기 프라바스타틴 전구체를 0.1 ∼ 5.0%(w/v) 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프라바스타틴 나트륨의 제조방법.
