본 발명은 신규한 미생물 스트렙토마이세스 아베르미틸리스아종 나이제르(Streptomyces avermitilis subpecies niger) NRRL 21005, 상기 미생물을 사용한 공지된 아베르멕틴 및 이베르멕틴의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 스트렙토마이세스 아베르미틸리스 아종 나이제르(Streptomyces avermitilis subpecies niger) NRRL 21005(A58267.2) 및 다른 스트렙토마이세스 아베르 미틸리스 종의 덴드로그람(dendrogram)을 나타낸다.
제2도는 A58267.2와 스트렙토마이세스 아베르미틸리스 종 사이의 관계를 나타내는 지방산 분석값으로부터의 주성분을 플롯을 나타낸다.

Claims (3)

  1. 미생물스트렙토마이세스 아베르미틸리스 아종 나이제르(Streptomyces avermitilis subpecies niger) NRRL 21005의 생물학적으로 순수한 배양체, 또는 그의 아베르멕틴(avermectin)-생산 돌연변이체 또는 변형체.
  2. 스트렙토마이세스 아베르미틸리스 아종 나이제르 NRRL 21005, 또는 그의 아베르멕틴-생성 돌연변이체 또는 변형체를 적어도 하나의 아베르멕틴 화합물이 생성될 때까지 심부 통기 배양 조건하에 탄소, 질소 및 무기염의 동화성(assimilable) 공급원을 함유한 수성 배지중에서 배양함을 포함하는, 적어도 하나의 아베르멕틴 화학물을 제조하는 방법.
  3. 스트렙토마이세스 아베르미틸리스 아종 나이제르 NRRL 21005, 또는 그의 아베르멕틴-생산 돌연변이체 또는 변형체를 아베르멕틴 화합물 B1a 및 B1b가 생성될 때까지 심부 통기 배양 조건하에 탄소, 질소 및 무기염의 동화성 공급원을 함유한 수성 배지중에서 배양하고, 생성된 B1a 및 B1b 화합물을 환원시킴을 포함하는, 이베르멕틴(ivermectin)의 제조방법.
