Claims (4)
- 항생물질 생성능을 갖는 스트렙토마이세스 엔두스 아종 아우레우스(streptomyces endussubspaureus)ATCC-39754를 탄소동화원, 질소 및 무기염을 함유하는 수성배지중, 액침 호기성 발효조건하에서 상당량의 구조식(Ⅰ)의 항생물질 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 양이온성 염이 수득될 때까지 배양함을 특징으로 하여, 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)의 항생물질 또는 그의 약제학적으로 허용되는 양이온성염을 제조하는 방법.(Ⅰ)상기식에서 Me는 메틸이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스트렙토마이세스 엔두스 아종 아우레우스가 균주 ATCC-39574 또는 그의 돌연변이체인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 항생물질이 그의 나트륨염 또는 칼륨염의 형태로 수득되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배양을 24 내지 36℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
