Claims (3)
- 프로틸로놀라이드, 5-0-마이카미노실 프로틸로 놀라이드, 20-하이드록시-5-0-마이카미노실프로틸로놀라이드 및 20-옥소-5-0-마이카미노실프로틸로놀라이드 중에서 선택한 하나 이상의 마크로라이드 중간체 존재하에, 탄소, 질소 및 무기염의 동화원을 함유하는 배지중에서 스트렙토마이세스 엠보우파이엔스(streptomyces ambofaciens) 미생물을 호기성 배양시킴을 특징으로 하여 다음의 일반식(Ⅰ)의 PTL-448-A, PTL-448-B, PTL-448-C 또는 PTL-448-D를 제조하는 방법.상기식에서 R1은 수소 또는 아세틸이고 R2는 수소 또는 마이카로실이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배지중에 또한 효소 억제제 세룰레닌을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 배양된 스트렙토 마이세스 엘보우파시엔스 국주가 ATCC15154의 기탁번호로 기탁된 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
