Un método mejorado para producir antibiótico C-15003 p-4 cultivando un microorganismo que pertenece al genero Nocardia y que es capaz de producir el antibiótico C-15003 p-4 en un medio de cultivo que contiene fuentes de carbono asimilable y fuentes de nitrógeno digestible, que comprende incorporar leucina y/o sus derivados, como substancias aditivas, al medio de cultivo.
