사키오미신 E 및 이의 유도체, 이의 제조방법 및 용도

제 1 도는 사키오미신 E의 IR스펙드럼(KBr디스크)을 도시한 것이다. 제 2 도는 메탄올중 사키오미신 E의 UV스펙트럼을 도시한 것이다. 제 3 도는 사키오미신 E의1H NMR스펙트럼(200MHz, CDC13)을 도시한 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 일반식(I)의 화합물.
    상기식에서, R1내지 R2는 서로 독립적으로 수소 또는 (C1-C18)-아실 그룹이다.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, R1내지 R3가 서로 독립적으로 수소 또는 아세틸이고 최소한 하나의 R이 아세틸인 화합물.
  3. a) 악티노마두라(Actinomadura) 종 DSM 4249를 배양하고, b)R1내지 R2가 수소인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 분리하고, 경우에 따라, c) 이 화합물 아실화함을 특징으로 하는, 제 1 항에 청구한 일반식(I) 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 배양을 2%글루코즈, 1%대두펩톤, 0.2%탄산칼슘 및 0.0001%염화코발트를 함유하는 영양용액에서 수행하는 방법.
  5. 제 3 항에 있어서, 배양을 15 내지 38℃의 온도 범위에서 수행하는 방법.
  6. 제 3 항에 있어서, 배양을 25 내지 30℃의 온도범위에서 수행하는 방법.
  7. 제 3 항에 있어서, 배양을 40 내지 80시간 동안 수행하는 방법.
  8. 제 3 항에 있어서, 배양을 65 내지 70시간 동안 수행하는 방법.
  9. 의약제로서의 제 1 항에서 청구한 화합물.
  10. 악티노마두라(Actinomadura) 종 DSM 4249.
