Claims (7)
- 용액내에서 대략의 실험식인 C5H9NO2의 배수로 특징적이면서 탄소 44.67중량%, 수소 7.04중량%, 질소 10.50중량%, 산소 25.00중량%, 인 1.12중량% 및 황 0.33중량% (동결 건조) 뿐만 아니라 약 8%의 함수량을 함유한 바이오메스를 생성할 수 있는 미생물인 슈도모나스속 또는 슈도모나스-유사속(geus), 또는 공정에 적합하면서 전술된 바이오메스를 생성할 수 있는, 상기 미생물로부터 유도된 돌연변이체를 영양 무기염 및 임의의 질소원 존재하에서 약 20내지 40℃ 및 pH4내지 7.5에서 배양시키고 필요시 생성된 바이오메스를 분리시킴을 특징으로 하여 저급알칸올, 저급 알카노에이트, 단당류, 이당류, 일반식(IA)의 메틸암모늄 화합물 또는 이들 염에 상응하는 유리아민, 일반식(IB)의 메틸아민 옥사이드 또는 전술된 화합물의 혼합물을 분해시키므로서 수용액을 미생물학적으로 정화시키는 방법.상기식에서A는 음이온이고, X는 수소 또는 메틸이고, Y 및 Z는 각각 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸이다(단 Y 및 Z가 에틸이면 X는 수소이다).
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용액내에서 슈도모나스속 또는 슈도모나스-유사속 및/또는 전기 미생물로부터 유도된, 공정에 적합한 돌연변이체를 배양시킴을 특징으로하여 메탄올, 에탄올, 나트륨 아세테이트 또는 칼륨 아세테이트, 글루코즈, 일반식(IA)의 메틸암모늄 화합물(여기에서 X 및 Y 는 수소 또는 메틸이고 Z는 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸이다), 또는 전술된 화합물의 혼합물을 분해시키므로서 수용액을 미생물학적으로 정화시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용액내에서슈도모나스의 균주그룹 중에서 선택한 미생물을 배양시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(IA)의 메틸암모늄 화합물(여기에서 A는 클로라이드 이온이고 X 및 Y는 수소 또는 메틸이며 Z는 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸이다), 일반식(IB)의 트리메틸아민옥사이드 또는 전술된 화합물의 혼합물을 분해시키므로서 수용액을 미생물학적으로 정화시키는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 수용액내에서슈도모나스의 균주 그룹 중에서 선택한 미생물을 배양시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(IA)의 트리메틸에틸암모늄 클로라이드를 분해시키므로서 수용액을 미생물학적으로 정화시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 28℃에서 배양시킴이 특징인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 배치씩(batchwise) 배양시킴이 특징인 방법.
