Claims (1)
- 탄소원, 질소원 및 뮈염등의 동화원이 들어있는 배양배지내에서 스트랩토마이세스 푸라디에 (Strept omyces fradiae) ATCC 31733를 호기성 심부배양을 시켜 실질적인 양의 항생물질을 생산할 정도로 배양시키거나 일반식(I)의 마크로라이드로부터 마크로실그룹을 제거하여 Q 가수소인 일반식(I)의 마크로 라이드를 제공하고 필요시 임의로 상기에서 형성된 일반식(I)의 마크로라이드중 어느것을 에스테르화 또는 염화시켜서 일반식(I)의 마크로라이드 또는 약학적으로 무독한 그의 에스테르 또는 그의 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서Q는 수소 또는※ 참고사항 : 최초출원에 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
