Claims (8)
- 악티노플라네스 미주리엔시스(Actiono planesmissouriensis) 균주 ATCC 31680 ATCC 31682 또는 ATCC 31683 을 동화할 수 있는 탄수화물원, 질소원, 및 무기염류원을 함유하는 배양 배지 중에서 신부 호기성 발효 조건하 상당량의 항생활성이 생성될 때까지 배양시켜서 항생물질 A-4696 복합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 상기1항에 있어서, 배양배지로부터 A-4696 복합체를 분리하는 추가의 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 상기1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 하이드로클로라이드염의 형태일때 물과 하이드록실 및 극성용매에 가용성이며 에테르, 클로로포름, 벤젠, 아세톤, 지방족 탄화수소류, 및 염소화 탄화수소류 등에 불용성인 백색 결정성 물질이며, 51.5%의 탄소, 5.25%의 수소, 4.88%의 질소, 4.62%의 염소 및 나머지의 산소의 대략적 조성을 가지며, 대략적 이론적 분자량이 1954이고, 물중 280nm에서 42.8의인 자외부 흡수 최대치를 가지며, KBr중 적외부흡수 스펙트럼에서 다음과 같은 구별할 수 있는 밴드(3380브로드, 2930, 1731, 1693, 1654, 1637, 1615, 1588, 1577, 1521, 1503, 1488, 1423, 1321, 1289, 1229, 1210, 1178, 1154, 1121, 1076, 1060, 1030, 1012, 982, 880, 842, 831및 810cm-1)를 가지는 항생물질 A-4696인자 B1또는 그의 약제학적으로 무독한 산부가염을 악티노플라네스 미주리엔시스 ATCC 31682 또는 ATCC 31683에 의해 생성되는 A-4696복합체로부터 분리시키는 방법.
- 상기1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 하이드로클로라이드 염의 형태일때, 물과 하이드록실 및 극성 용매에 가용성이며 에테르, 클로로포름, 벤젠, 아세톤, 지방족 탄화수소류 및 염소화 탄화수소류에 불용성인 백색 결정성 물질이며, 51.96%의 탄소, 4.67%의 수소 5.72%의 질소, 5.88%의 염소 및 나머지의 산소의 대략적 조성을 가지며, 대략적 이론 분자량이 1808이고, 물중 280nm에서 44.7의자외부 흡수 최대치를 가지며, KBr중 측정시 적외부 흡수 스펙트럼에서 다음과 같은 구별할 수 있는 밴드(3409 브로드, 2934, 1730, 1658, 1614, 1588, 1548, 1504, 1498, 1490, 1426, 1290, 1231, 1210, 1179, 1121, 1061, 1031, 1017, 987, 903, 884 및 818cm-1)를 가지는 항생물질 A-4696인자 B2또는 그의 약학적으로 무독한 산부가염을 악티노플라네스 미주리엔시스 ATCC 31680 또는 ATCC 31683에 의해 생성되는 A-4696복합체로 부터 분리시는 방법.
- 상기1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 하이드로클로라이드 염의 형태일때 물과 하이드록실 및 극성용매에 가용성이며 에테르, 클로로포름, 벤젠, 아세톤, 지방족 탄화수소류 및 염소화 탄화수소류에 불용성인 백색 결정성 물질이며, 51.84%의 탄소, 4.74%의 수소, 5.83%의 질소, 5.57%의 염소 및 나머지의 산소의 대략적 조성을 가지며, 대략적 이론적 분자량이 1808이고, 물중 280nm에서 46.3의자외부 흡수최대치를 가지며, KBr중 측정시 적외부 흡수스펙트럼에서 다음과 같은 구별할 수 있는 밴드(3394 브로드, 2938, 1733, 1697, 1675, 1656, 1638, 1614, 1591, 1515, 1504, 1489, 1427, 1359, 1291, 1228, 1209, 1180, 1120, 1072, 1051, 1018, 985, 903, 882, 846 및 816cm-1)를 가지는 항생물질 A-4696인자 B3또는 그의 약제학적으로 무독한 산부가염을 악티노플라네스 미주리엔시스 ATCC 31683에 의해 생성되는 A-4696복합체로 부터 분리시키는 방법.
