Claims (2)

  1. 스트렙토마이세스 프라디아에(Streptomyces fradiae) ATCC 31733 또는 그의 돌연변이체 또는 조환형을 호기성 액침 발효조건하에서 탄소, 질소 및 무기염의 동화원을 함유한 배양매질 중에서 상당량의 항생물질 역가가 생성될때까지 배양시키고, 20-디하이드로-20-데옥시-23-데(미시노실옥시)틸로신 또는 5-0-미카미노실-틸락톤을 분리한 다음 임의로 분리된 생성물을 에스테르화 하거나 염화시킴을 특징으로 하여 다음 구조식(1)의 화합물, 5-0-미카미노실틸락톤 또는 그의 아실 에스테르 또는 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 20-디하이드로-20-데옥시-23-데(미시노실옥시)틸로신에서 미카로실그룹을 제거하기 위하여 20-디하이드로-20-데옥시-23-데9미시노실옥시)틸로신 도는 그의 아실 에스테르를 온화한 산으로 처리함을 특징으로 하여 5-0-미카미노실-틸락톤 또는 그의 아실 에스테르를 제조하는 방법.
