Claims (7)
2. Соединение молекулярной формулы C65H115NO18, получаемое культивированием микроорганизма Amycolatopsis species, ST101170 (DSM 12216) в аэробных условиях в питательной среде, содержащей источники углерода и азота, с последующим выделением и очисткой обычным способом, и его фармацевтически приемлемые соли и производные во всех их стереоизомерных и таутомерных формах.
3. Способ получения соединения по п.1 или 2, включающее культивирование микроорганизма Amycolatopsis species, ST101170 (DSM 12216) в аэробных условиях в питательной среде, содержащей источники углерода и азота, с последующим выделением и очисткой соединения обычным способом.
4. Способ по п.3, дополнительно включающий превращение полученного соединения в фармакологически переносимую соль, сложный эфир, простой эфир и другие очевидные химические эквиваленты.
5. Соединение по п.1 или 2 или его фармацевтически приемлемая соль, сложный эфир, простой эфир или другой очевидный химический эквивалент, полезный в качестве фармацевтического средства.
6. Фармацевтическая композиция, включающая эффективное количество соединения по п.1 или 2 и/или его фармацевтически приемлемой соли, сложного эфира, простого эфира или другого очевидного химического эквивалента, и фармацевтически приемлемый носитель.
7. Соединение по п.1 или 2 или его фармацевтически приемлемая соль, сложный эфир, простой эфир или другой очевидный химический эквивалент, полезный в качестве антибиотика.
