본 발명은 캐토멜라 시르시노세타 RF-3192의 발효 생성물로 부터 분리된 하기 구조식의 알도오스 환원효소 저해물질에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 하기 구조식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 또는 그의 염.
    〔상기식에서, R1은 (CH2)2COOH이고 R2는 페닐 또는 p-히드록시페닐이거나 R1및 R2는 함께 결합하여 구조식 :기를 형성한다.〕
  2. 제1항의 화합물을 생산하는 캐토멜라 시르시노세타 중에 속하는 미생물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 캐토멜라 시르시노세타 RF-3192 (FERM BP-3724)인 미생물.
  4. 캐토멜라 속에 속하고 제1항의 화합물을 생산하는 미생물을 배양하고, 상기 화합물을 배양 배지로부터 분리하고 단계로 구성되는 제1항의 화합물의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 화합물을 유효성분으로서 포함하는 알도오스 환원효소 저해제.
  6. 유효량의 제1항의 화합물을 제약학적으로 허용가능하고, 실질적으로 무독성인 담체 또는 부형제와 함께 포함하는 제약학적 조성물.
