Abstract

반도체 실리콘 웨이퍼의 저장 및 운반을 위해 사용되는 웨이퍼 캐리어와 같은 기밀성 있게 시일링되는 컨테이너에 있는 컨테이너 바디와 그위에 장착되는 덮개 사이에 신규한 클램핑 구조가 제안되어 있다. 이 클램핑 구조는 다음과 같이 구성된다.
서로 결합할 수 있는 컨테이너 바디 및 이 컨테이너 바디위에 장착되는 덮개와, 각각 결합홈을 갖고 있는 한쌍의 결합리브, 그리고 수지판으로 되어 있으며 길이방향으로 그의 중심에 U형 오픈워크 노치를 갖고 있는 결합보드를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 컨테이너 바디와 덮개의 개방 테두리 둘레에는 에워쌈 단벨트가 형성되어 있고, 상기 결합리브들은 서로 대향하는 위치에서 컨테이너 바디와 덮개 각각의 개방 테두리에서 돌출해 있으며, 상기 노치는 그의 상부에서 덮개의 결합리브에 있는 결합홈과 결합할 수 있고 또한 상부 맞은편의 하부에서는 컨테이너 바디의 결합리브에 있는 결합홈과 결합할 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 플라스틱 수지로 만들어지며 기밀성 있게 시일링될 수 있는 컨테이너의 클램핑 구조에 있어서, 서로 결합할 수 있는 컨테이너 바디 및 이 컨테이너 바디위에 장착되는 덮개와, 각각 결합홈을 갖고 있는 한쌍의 결합리브, 그리고 수지판으로 되어 있으며 길이방향으로 그의 중심에 U형 오픈워크 노치를 갖고 있는 결합보드를 포함하고 있으며, 상기 컨테이너 바디와 덮개의 개방 테두리 둘레에는 에워쌈 단벨트가 형성되어 있고, 상기 결합리브들은 서로 대향하는 위치에서 컨테이너 바디와 덮개 각각의 개방 테두리에서 돌출해 있으며, 상기 노치는 그의 상부에서 덮개의 결합리브에 있는 결합홈과 결합할 수 있고 또한 상부 맞은편의 하부에서는 컨테이너 바디의 결합리브에 있는 결합홈과 결합할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 기밀성 있게 시일링될 수 있는 컨테이너의 클램핑 구조.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 탄성 결합요소로 채워지는 리세스가 각각의 단벨트에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨테이너의 클램핑 구조.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 결합보드는 두께가 일정하지 않고, U형 오픈워크 노치의 다리와 마주보는 부위의 두께가 노치 상하의 부위의 두께보다 얇은 것을 특징으로 하는 컨테이너의 클램핑 구조.
