식품의 돋움상태 포장방법

제2도는 합성수지의 유연필름으로 개구부에서 열밀봉되고 아직 식품돋움 단계를 받지 않은 안에 식품을 보유하는 용기의 단면도.
제3도는 돋움상태의 식품을 가진 제2도의 용기에 단면도.
제4도는 돋움식품으로 적재된 용기의 예시도.
제5도는 돋움가능한 바닥벽은 아직 압착시키지 않은 서로 접촉하는 개구단부를 적재시킨 용기의 예시도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 벽부분이 내부 또는 외부로 압착될 때 벽부분이 용기내부로 또는 상기 바닥벽의 하면의 외측으로 돌출되도록 용기 바닥벽의 중심부에 일체적으로 돌출벽 부분을 형성하는 단계, 상기 바닥벽의 하면의 외측으로 상기 벽부분이 돌출되게 한 채 상기 용기에 식품을 삽입하는 단계, 상기 용기의 개구를 필름으로 밀봉하는 단계 및 상기 벽부분이 상기 용기내부로 돌출하여 상기 내향 돌출 벽부분의 식품상승력에 의해 식품을 상기 필름의 장력에 대항하여 상기 용기의 상단 평면위의 높이까지 상승시키도록 상기 밀봉된 용기의 상기 벽부분을 압착하는 단계로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품의 돋움상태 포장방법.
  2. 상기 벽부분이 내측 또는 외측으로 압착될 때 상기 벽부분이 상기 용기의 내부쪽으로 또는 상기 바닥벽의 하면의 외측으로 돌출될 수 있도록 돌출벽부분이 상기 용기의 바닥벽의 중심부에 일체적으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 식품 포장용기.
