Claims (20)

  1. 용기 본체(1), 위 뚜껑(2), 본체와 위뚜껑을 결속하기 위한 결속부재(4) 및, 본체와 뚜껑상에 각기 설치된 밀폐를 위한 패킹(5)(6)으로 구성되고, 상기 위 뚜껑이 그 중앙을 향해 오목하며 그 중앙에 압력방출, 충전 및 압력 측정을 위한 밸브(3)를 구비하며, 상기 밸브의 상단부가 위 뚜껑의 상부림을 포함하는 면을 초과하지 않게 위치하고, 열수있는 위 뚜껑을 갖는 밀폐용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브(3)가 내압을 측정하거나 그 밸브를 열기 위해 분리할 수 있는 소켓과 위 뚜껑의 상면상에 설치된 플러그로 구성되는 밀폐용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결속부재(4)가 위 뚜껑의 주변을 고정하는 밴드를 갖는 밀폐용기.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 결속부재(4)가 위 뚜껑의 주변을 고정하는 밴드를 갖는 밀폐용기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 위 뚜껑과 용기 본체가 금속 또는 합성수지로 구성되는 밀폐용기.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 위 뚜껑과 용기 본체가 금속 또는 합성 수지로 구성되는 밀폐용기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 패킹(5),(6)이 용기본체(1)의 수직부분 또는 굽이진 부분과 위뚜껑(2)의 현수부분사이의 간격에 2개이상의 부품으로 나누어진 가요성부재로서 마련되며, 상기 2개 이상의 부품은 각기용기 본체(1)와 위뚜껑(2)에 접착되는 밀폐용기.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 용기 본체(1)와 위뚜껑(2)에 접착된 패킹(5),(6)이 동일한 재료로 제조되지 않고용기 본체에 접착된 패킹이 위뚜껑에 접착된 것보다 딱딱한 밀폐용기.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 패킹(5),(6)이 용기 본체(1)의 수직부분 또는 주름 부분과 위 뚜껑(2)의 현수부분 사이의 간격에 2개 이상의 부품으로 나누어진 가요성 부재로서 마련되며, 상기 2개 이상의 부품은 각각 용기 본체(1)와 위뚜껑(2)에 접착되는 밀폐용기.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 용기 본체(1)와 뚜껑(2)에 접착된 패킹(5), (6)이 동일한 재료로 제조되지 않고 용기 본체에 접착된 패킹이 위뚜껑에 접착된 것보다 딱딱한 밀폐용기.
  11. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 패킹(5), (6)이 용기 본체(1)의 수직부분 또는 주름 부분과 위 뚜껑(2)의 현수 부분 사이의 간격에 2개이상의 부품으로 나누어진 가요성 부재로서 제공되며, 상기 2개이상의 부품은 각각 용기 본체(1)와 위뚜껑(2)에 접착되는 밀폐용기.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 용기 본체(1)와 위 뚜껑(2)에 접착된 패킹(5),(6)이 동일한 재료로 제조되지 않고 용기 본체에 접착된 패킹이 위 뚜껑에 접착된 것보다 딱딱한 밀폐용기.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용기가 무산소 상태하에 식품을 저장하기 위해 사용되는 밀폐용기.
  14. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 용기가 무산소 상태하에 식품을 저장하기 위해 사용되는 밀폐용기.
  15. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 용기가 무산소 상태하에 식품을 저장하기 위해 사용되는 밀폐용기.
  16. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 용기가 무산소 상태하에 식품을 저장하기 위해 사용되는 밀폐용기.
  17. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 용기가 무산소 상태하에 식품을 저장하기 위해 사용되는 밀폐용기.
  18. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 용기가 무산소 상태하에 식품을 저장하기 위해 사용되는 밀폐용기.
