Abstract

비분리 흡열 부재를 사용하는 슬로우 블로우 퓨즈로서, 단일 도전판을 펀칭하여 형성된 좁고 짧은 브리지를 통해 한쌍의 피메일 단자의 상단을 연결하는 가느다란 요소부들간의 양측상에 날개부가 형성된 슬로우 블로우 퓨즈의 퓨즈 요소가 제공된다.

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 퓨즈 요소의 1실시예를 도시한 사시도,
제2도는 제1도에 보인 요소의 형성되기 전의 상태를 도시한 전개도.

Claims (5)

  1. 단일 도전판을 펀칭하여 형성된 좁고 짧은 브리지를 통해 한쌍의 피메일 단자의 상단을 연결하는 가느다란 요소부들간의 중간부에서 용단될 부분의 양측상에 형성된 날개부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬로우 블로우(slow-blow) 퓨즈의 퓨즈 요소.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 날개부에 인접한 상기 좁고 짧은 브리지들은 상기 요소부들의 전체 길이의 1/6 내지 1/4의 거리범위내에 상기 가느다란 요소부들에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬로우 블로우 퓨즈의 퓨즈 요소.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브리지를 통해 상기 가느다란 요소부들로 부터 배치되는 날개부는 타이트한 벤딩에 의해 얻어지는 입방제형 및 적어도 5㎣의 체적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬로우 블로우 퓨즈의 퓨즈 요소.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 브리지를 통해 상기 가느다란 요소부들로 부터 배치되는 날개부는 타이트한 벤딩에 의해 얻어지는 입방체형 및 적어도 5㎣의 체적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬로우 블로우 퓨즈의 퓨즈 요소.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 가느다란 요소부들간의 중간부에서 용단될 부분의 양측상에 형성된 날개부는 상기 요소들간의 중앙에 대해 대칭적으로 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 슬로우 블로우 퓨즈의 퓨즈 요소.
