Abstract

본 발명 유전체필터는 수직으로 뚫린 한쌍의 공진공이 구비된 직육면체형 유전체 세라믹블럭, 블럭의 상부측을 제외하고 세라믹블럭의 전면에 형성된 전도체층, 세라믹블럭의 측면에 배설된 한쌍의 입출력단자와, 부가적으로 세라믹블럭의 상부에 배열되는 결합용량조절 트리밍전극으로 구성되고, 상기 각 트리밍전극은 상기 입출력단자의 하나로부터 상부측 해당 공진공의 구부부근으로 연장되어 입출력단자와 공진공을 분리하는 갭의 결합용량이 트리밍전극을 적당히 절단 또는 트리밍하여 조절될 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 수직으로 뚫린 적어도 한쌍의 공진공이 구비된 직육면체형의 유전체 세라믹블럭, 이 블럭의 상면 또는 상면과 저면의 전부 또는 일부를 제외하고 세라믹블럭의 전면에 형성된 전도체층과, 세라믹블럭의 측부에 배설된 한쌍의 입출력단자로 구성되는 유전체필터에 있어서, 세라믹블럭의 상면 또는 상면과 저면에 트리밍전극이 형성되고, 이들은 각각 입출력단자와 해당 공진공을 용량적으로 결합하기 위하여 상기 입출력단자중의 하나로부터 동일측면에 형성된 해당 공진공의 구부부근으로 연장됨을 특징으로 하는 유전체필터.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 각 트리밍전극이 필터의 입력 및 출력결합용량을 조절하기 위하여 부분적으로 절단되는 단일 전도체부재로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 유전체필터.
  3. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 각 트리밍전극이 필터의 입력 및 출력결합용량을 조절하기 위하여 부가적인 전도체가 구비되는 단일전도체부재로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 유전체필터.
  4. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 각 트리밍전극이 사전에 결정된 입출력결합용량을 얻기 위하여 전도체 페인트로 전기적으로 가교 연결되는 다수의 전도체소편으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 유전체필터.
