Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve a filter with a desired resonance frequency, by making a conductor processing for either one of upper and lower surfaces and back and forth surfaces of a dielectric block having a plurality of through-holes. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric material such as ceramic is shaped and plished into a block shaed and through-holes 2 are formed to it. Conductive film is adhered on an inner surface 3 of the through-holes and back and front surfaces 4, 5 of a block, and it is adhered also to a lower surface 9 to constitute a short-circuiting plate 10. To adjust the resonance frequency, without using metallic screws, a filter with desired resonance frequency and less loss can be obtained by providing notches 6, 7 to an outer conductor 8. Further, for fine adjustment, the element is given in a metallic console 14 and an adjusting screw 16 is provided at the upper side of the through- holes.
