CONSTITUTION:A terminal 13A of a capacity 13 for adjusting frequency is connected to an internal conductor 2 in the side of an open end 4 of a dielectric coaxial reosnator 5, and the other terminal 13B is fitted to a conductive plate 13A which makes an external conductor 3 near the open end 4 of the resonator 5 conductive, and they are fixed.
