PURPOSE:To obtain an IC-implemented circuit of simple constitution which can easily be manufactured by using a both-open-ended microstrip line of one-quarter wave-length as a substitute for an earth conductor while using an interdigital DC stopping circuit of good characteristics as a DC stopping circuit CONSTITUTION:To drain terminal 2 of GaSs FET1, microstrip line 3 with the other terminal open is connected and to source terminal 4, microstrip line 6 provided interdigital DC stopping circuit 17 made of conductor foil in a prescribed pattern with the other terminated by load resistance 5 is connected. To gate terminal 8, microstrip line 12 is connected which has the other terminal terminated by dummy resistance 19 formed of a series circuit of resistance element 9 and both-ended microstrip line 18 of one-quarter wavelength; and dielectric resonator 16 is coupled with microstrip line 12 and FET1 oscillates at the resonance frequency of dielectric resonator 16.
