Abstract
PURPOSE:To ensure the steady characteristics over a wide range of frequency with no big change of the coupling degree, by providing a coupler plus the coupling conductor provided in parallel to the central conductor at the end part of the coupler and thus securing the change of frequency. CONSTITUTION:The coupling conductor 21 is provided at the end part of the coupler 18 in order to reduce the change of the coupling degree between the central conductor 13 and the base of the transistor 1 in accordance with the change of length of the conductor 13 which functions to obtain a tuning over a wide band. In this case, the conductor 21 is set in parallel to the conductor 13. The length of the conductor 21 is set longer the variable width of the conductor 13 which is required for tuning in a wide band, at the same time the tip of the conductor 13 is located not so as to cause a shift from the conductor 21 to the change of length of the conductor 13. In such way, no big change is given to the distance between the tip of the conductor 13 having the maximum electric field and the conductor 21 although the length of the conductor 13 may change. As a result, the change of the coupling degree can be reduced, thus securing a tuning of a wide band.
