Abstract

전기 부풉용 소켓은 콘택트 유지 공동부들(12) 및 이들 공동부 각각에 배치된 콘택트들(20)을 기지는 절연 하우징(10)을 포함한다. 적어도 2개의 콘택트(20) 각각은 제1 및 제2레그(21,22)와 이들 레그를 서로 결합시키는 횡방향 요소(23)를 가지는 U형 구조로 구성된다. 제1레그(21)의 연장부(24)는 제2레그(22)를 향해 뒤로 굽어져 있고 또한 전기 부품의 리드와 결합되도록 배열된다.
횡방향 요소(23)와 제1레그(21)의 중심부분으로부터 전단된 태브(26)는 제2레그(22)로 부터 각 공동부의 하부에 있는 구멍을 통해 하방으로 연장되어서, 횡방향 요소와 제1레그의 중심부분에는 하나의 슬롯이 한정된다. 소켓에 장착된 보조건기 부품(30)은 적어도 2개의 리드를 가지며 각 리드는 각 콘택트에 형성된 슬롯(27)의 측면들간의 결합에 의해 적어도 2개의 콘택트 각각에 대해 전기적으로 종단되어지게 된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 콘택트 유지 공동부들을 가지는 절연하우징 및 이들 공동부 각각에 배치된 콘택트들을 포함하고, 상기 콘택트들중 적어도 2개의 콘택트 각각은 제1 및 제2레그 및 이들 레그를 서로 연결 시키는 횡방향 요소를 가지는 U형 구조, 및 상기 횡방향 요소와 제1레그의 중심 부분으로부터 전단되어서 몸체로부터 상기 각 공동부의 하부에 있는 구멍을 통해 하방으로 연장되어진 태브를 포함하고, 또한 태브형성으로 인해 상기 횡방향 요소와 제1레그에는 하나의 슬롯의 한정되어진 전지 부품용 소켓에 있어서, 적어도 2개의 리드를 가지는 보조전기 부품이 상기 하우징에 장착되고, 상기 적어도 2개의 리드 각각은 상기 슬롯의 측면들과의 결합에 의해 상기 적어도 2개의 콘택트 각각에 전기적으로 종단되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 부품용 소켓.
  2. 콘택트 유지 공동부들을 가지는 절연하우징을 제공하는 단계, 각기 제1 및 제2레그 및 이들 레그를 서로 연결시키는 횡방향 요소를 포함하는 U형 구조를 형성시키는 단계; 상기 횡방향 요소와 제1레그의 중심부분으로부터 상기 제2레그로부터 하방으로 연장하는 태브를 전단시켜 상기 횡방향요소와 제1레그의 중심부분에 하나의 슬롯을 한정하도록 하는 단계, 및 각각의 콘택트를 콘택트 삽입경로를 따라 상기 공동부에 삽입시키는 단계를 포함하는 전기 부품을 소켓을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 각기 미리 선택된 폭을 가지는 리드들을 구비한 보조전기 부품을 제공하는 단계; 상기 각 콘택트의 태브의 치수를 상기 슬롯이 상기 미리 선택된 폭보다 점진적으로 더 좁도록 선택하는 단계; 및 상기 콘택트들의 삽입단계에 앞서 하우징에 상기 보조 전기부품을, 상기 리드가 상기 각 콘택트 삽입경로로 연장하여 상기 각 리드가 상기 각 슬롯의 측면들사이에 결합되도록 하여서 상기 각 리드를 상기 각 콘택트에 종단되도록 고정시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 부품용 소켓의 제조방법.
