Abstract

본 발명은 식기세척기의 오물 처리방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로, 세척수의 순환 경로상에 별도의 보조 필터부를 설치하여, 세척수를 보다 깨끗하게 함으로써 식기의 세척 효율을 향상시키며, 또한 상기 보조 필터부에서 세척수와 오물을 확실하게 분리하여 깨끗해진 세척수는 다시 세척용수로 사용하고, 오물은 한 곳에 모아 외부로 배출시킴으로써 오물의 수집 효율을 향상시키며, 뿐만 아니라, 제4필터의 그물망에 걸러진 오물을 수작업에 의하지 않고 자동으로 배출되도록하여 작업상의 편리함을 향상시키도록 한 것이다.

제1도는 일반적인 식기세척기의 구성을 보인 사시도,
제2도는 일반적인 식기세척기의 오물 처리 및 세척수 순환을 위한 구성을 보인 단면도,
제3도 및 제4도는 본 발명에 의한 오물 처리장치의 일실시예를 보인 것으로, 제3도는 식기 세척 모드시의 단면도, 제4도는 배수 모드시의 단면도,
제5도는 본 발명에 의한 식기세척기의 오물 처리장치를 구성하는 오물 수거통의 사시도,
제6도 및 제7도는 본 발명에 의한 오물 처리장치의 다른 실시례를 보인 것으로, 제6도는 식기 세척 모드시의 단면도, 제7도는 배수 모드시의 단면도,
제8도는 본 발명에 의한 식기 세척기의 오물 처리방법을 설명하기 위한 흐름도.

Claims (11)

  1. 식기 세척 모드시 세척수 배출수단의 구동은 정지시키고 세척수 순환수단을 구동하여 세척수 배수 유로를 차단시키는 배수 유로 차단단계와, 상기 세척수 순환수단의 구동으로 필터장치를 지난 세척수의 일부는 스프레이 암으로 분사시키고 나머지 세척수는 별도의 보조 필터장치를 지나도록하여 정화시키는 세척수 순환 및 재정화 단계와, 상기 보조 필터장치에 의하여 걸러진 오물을 수거하고 저장하는 오물 수거 및 저장 단계와, 배수 모드시 세척수 배출수단의 구동은 정지시키고 세척수 배출수단을 구동하여 세척수 배수 유로를 개방시키는 배수 유로 개방 단계와, 상기 세척수 배출수단의 구동으로 세척수와 함께 오물을 배출시키는 오물 배출 단계의 순으로 진행함을 특징으로 하는 식기세척기의 오물 처리방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오물 수거 및 저장 단계에서 스프레이 암으로부터 하측으로 세척수를 분사하여 그 세척수의 수압으로 보조 필터장치의 오물을 털어내도록 함을 특징으로 하는 식기세척기의 오물 처리방법.
  3. 식기의 세척에 의하여 발생되는 오염 세척수를 다시 세척수로 사용하기 위하여 정화시키는 필터장치와, 상기 필터장치에 의하여 정화된 세척수를 스프레이 암으로 공급하기 위한 세척수 순환수단과, 상기 필터장치를 지난 세척수 및 오물의 일부를 외부로 배출시키는 배수 펌프 등의 세척수 배출수단과, 세척수 배수 유로에 설치되어 세척수 순환수단, 또는 세척수 배출수단의 구동으로 세척수 배수 유로를 선택적으로 개폐시키는 유로 개폐수단과, 상기 세척수 순환수단 및 세척수 배출 유로의 사이에 설치되어 필터장치를 지난 세척수를 정화하여 그 세척수에 포함된 오물을 수거 및 저항하는 오물 수거 및 저장수단으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 식기 세척기의 오물 처리장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 유로 개폐수단은 세척수 배출수단이 설치되는 배수관의 입구측에 상,하 유동이 가능하도록 결합되는 개폐밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 식기세척기의 오물 처리장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 배수관의 내주면에 개폐밸브가 상측으로 유동되는 현상을 방지하여 수평의 상태로서 배수관을 폐쇄시키도록 걸림부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 식기세척기의 오물 처리장치.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 오물 수거 및 저장수단은 스프레이 암의 축부에 결합되어 세척수에 포함된 오물을 수거하는 보조 필터부와, 상기 보조 필터부와 세척수 순환수단을 연결하는 세척수 유도관과, 상기 보조필터부와 배수관을 연결하여 오물을 저장하는 오물 유도관으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 식기세척기의 오물 처리장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 보조 필터부는 내부가 비어 있는 원통형상으로서 중간부에 스프레이 암의 축부가 지나도록 중공이 형성된 오물 수거통과, 미세한 크기의 오물을 걸를 수 있도록 미세한 격자상의 그물망으로 형성되어 상기 오물 수거통의 상부에 결합되는 제4필터로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 식기세척기의 오물 처리장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 오물 수거통의 하면 양측에 세척수 유도관 및 오물 유도관과의 연결을 위한 연결관이 각각 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 식기세척기의 오물 처리장치.
  9. 제3항 및 제7항에 있어서, 상기 스프레이 암의 하부에 세척수의 수압으로 제4필터에 걸러진 오물을 하측으로 털어내도록 수개의 하향 분사공이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 식기세척기의 오물 처리장치.
  10. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 오물 수거 및 저장수단에 배수 모드시 오물이 세척수 순환수단으로 역류되는 현상을 방지하기 위한 오물 역류 방지수단이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 식기세척기의 오물 처리장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 오물 역류 방지수단은 오물 수거 및 저장수단을 구성하는 오물 수거통의 세척수 유도관측 연결관의 상단부에 상,하 유동이 가능하도록 설치되는 개폐밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 식기세척기의 오물 처리장치.
