Abstract

본 발명에 의한 식기세척기의 필터장치는 큰눈필터와 중간필터를 통과해 다시 세척수로 순환되는 순환관에 설치된 순환펌프와, 상기 큰눈필터를 통과해 배수되는 배수관에 설치된 배수펌프를 구비한 식기세척기의 필터장치에 있어서, 상기 배수펌프의 일측에 배수순환관을 형성하고, 그 배수순환관 소정의 위치에 오물수납챔버를 형성하고, 그 오물수납챔버의 상부에 미세필터를 형성하여, 상기 배수펌프에 의해 재순환된 물중에 오물은 오물수납챔버에 모으고, 미세필터를 통해 배수순환관을 나간 물은 다시 세척수로 사용되도록 하므로써, 세척수와 오물을 분리하여 세척수가 오물에 닿는 기회를 적게 하여 깨끗한 세척수에 의해 세척효과를 높일 수 있고, 또한 깨끗한 세척수를 사용하므로 세척수를 자주 새로운 물과 바꿀 필요가 없으므로 세척수량을 줄일 수 있도록 하였다.

제5도는 제4도의 A-A선 단면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 큰눈필터와 중간필터를 통과해 다시 세척수로 순환되는 순환관에 설치된 순환펌프와, 상기 큰눈필터를 통과해 배수되는 배수관에 설치된 배수펌프를 구비한 식기세척기의 필터장치에 있어서, 상기 배수펌프의 일측에 배수순환관을 형성하고, 그 배수순환관 소정의 위치에 오물수납챔버를 형성하고, 그 오물수납챔버의 상부에 미세필터를 형성하여, 상기 배수펌프에 의해 재순환된 물중에 오물은 오물수납챔버에 모으고, 미세필터를 통해 배수순환관을 나간 물은 다시 세척수로 사용되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 식기세척기의 필터장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배수순환관의 오물수납챔버의 하부에 개폐조절밸브를 형성하여 배수펌프의 정방향 회전시는 상기 밸브를 닫아 오물을 수집하도록 하고, 배수펌프의 역방향 회전시는 밸브를 열어 오물을 외부 배수관으로 보내도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 식기세척기의 필터장치.
