Abstract

Claims (18)

  1. 중합 조건하에서 적어도 하나의 모노비닐아렌 단량체, 유기모노알카리 금속 개시제, 적어도 하나의 공액디엔 단량체를 순차적으로 접촉시킨 다음, 다작용성 커플링제와 접촉시켜 블록 공중합체를 형성하고, 적어도 하나의 모노비닐아렌 단량체가 8 내지 18개의 탄소원자를 함유하고; 적어도 하나의 공액 디엔 단량체가 4 내지 12개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 모노 비닐아렌 단량체 및 공액 디엔 단량체를 포함하는 적어도 세 개의 연속적인 단량체 혼합물 충진물을 제공하는 것으로 구성되는 블록 공중합체 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유기모노알카리 금속 개시제가 두 개의 충진물로 충진되는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 모노비닐아렌 단량체가 적어도 세 개의 단량체 혼합물 충진물을 충진하기에 앞서 두 개의 충진물로 충진되는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 공액 디엔 단량체를 단량체 혼합물 충진물만으로 제공하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공액 디엔 단량체가 부타디엔인 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 모노비닐아렌 단량체가 스티렌인 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 극성 유기 화합물을 접촉시키는 것을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 극성 유기 화합물이 테트라히드로푸란인 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 테트리히드로푸란이 0.01 내지 1.0부/단량체 100부 범위의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
  10. 모노비닐아렌이 8 내지 18개의 탄소원자를 함유하고; 공액 디엔이 4 내지 12개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 적어도 세 개의 연속적인 공액 디엔/모노비닐아렌 테이퍼드 블록을 포함하는 커플링된 공액 디엔/모노비닐아렌 블록 공중합체.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 공액 디엔이 부타디엔인 블록 공중합체.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 모노비닐아렌이 스티렌인 블록 공중합체.
  13. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 모노비닐아렌이 최종 블록 공중합체의 총중량을 기준으로 65중량% 내지 90중량%범위의 양으로 존재하고, 공액 디엔이 최종 블록 공중합체의 총중량을 기준으로 10중량% 내지 35중량%범위의 양으로 존재하는 블록 공중합체.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 각 개별적인 테이퍼드 블록이 최종 블록 공중합체의 총중량을 기준으로 1중량% 내지 15중량%범위인 양으로 모노비닐아렌을 함유하고, 최종 블록 공중합체의 총중량을 기준으로 1중량% 내지 12중량%범위인 양으로 공액 디엔을 함유하는 블록 공중합체.
  15. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 하기의 중합체 쇄를 커플링시키므로서 제조되는 블록 공중합체.
    상기 식에서, S는 모노비닐아렌 블록이고, B/S는 공액 디엔/모노비닐아렌의 테이퍼드 블록이며, Li은 모노알카리 금속 개시제로부터의 잔기이다.
  16. 제10항 또는 제11항에 따른 블록 공중합체 및 스티렌계 중합체를 포함하는 중합체 블렌드.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 스티렌계 중합체가 폴리스티렌인 중합체 블렌드.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 최종 중합체 블렌드의 총 중량을 기준으로 20중량% 내지 80중량% 범위의 양으로 블록 공중합체를 함유하고 최종 중합체 블렌드의 총중량을 기준으로 20중량% 내지 80중량% 범위의 양으로 폴리스티렌을 함유하는 중합체 블렌드.
