Claims (18)
1)말단 블록은 하나이상의 공역디엔 I으로 구성된 중합체이며, 여기에서 상기 공역디엔은 5개 이상의 탄소원자를 포함하고, 상기 중합된 디엔 I 단위체 내의 이중결합 탄소원자의 각쌍중 적어도 하나가 2개의 탄소 원자에 부가적으로 단일 결합되어 있으며, 하나이상의 중앙 또는 내부 블록은 부타디엔 중합체이며, 하나이상의 중앙 또는 내부 블록은 하나이상의 아릴-치환된 올레핀 S로 구성된 중합체 이거나; 2)말단 블록이 하나 이상의 디엔 I과 부타디엔 (B)로 구성된 랜덤 공중합체 IB이고, 하나이상의 중앙 또는 내부 블록이 하나 이상의 아릴-치환된 올레핀 S로 구성된 중합체이며, 상기 부타디엔 중합체 블록 또는 랜덤 공중합체 IB블록은 수소첨가 반응후 약 10%이하의 폴리에틸렌 결정화도를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고형 탄성 블록 공중합체.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 1)의 블록들로 구성되며, 블록 공중합체의 총중량을 기준으로 1 내지 50중량%의 I중합체 블록, 5 내지 98 중량%의 부타디엔 중합체 블록, 및 1 내지 30중량%의 S중합체 블록을 함유하는 블록 공중합체.
제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 1)의 블록 5개의 구성되며, 이때 그 말단 블록은 디엔 I 중합체이고, 두번째 및 네번째 블록은 부타디엔 중합체이며, 중앙 블록은 아릴-치환된 올레핀 S중합체인 블록 공중합체.
제3항에 있어서, 하기 식으로 표시되는 펜타블록 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 블록 공중합체 :
상기식에서, x는 각각의 I 중합체 블록내의 중합된 I 단위체의 평균 수로서, 평균값이 7 내지 368(총분자수의 1/2)이고, y는 각각의 B중합체 블록내의 중합된 부타디엔 (B) 단위체의 수로서 평균값이 185 내지 907(총 분자수의 1/2)이고, Z는 S 중합체 블록내의 S 단위체의 수로서 평균값이 10 내지 288이며, 상기 값들은 분자량 100,000에 대한 것이다.
제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 1)의 블록 5개로 구성되며, 이때 그 말단은 블록은 디엔 I 중합체이며, 두번째 및 네번째 블록은 아릴-치환된 올레핀 S이며, 중앙 블록은 부타디엔 중합체인 블록 공중합체.

제1항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 2)의 블록 3개로 구성되며, 이때 그 말단 블록들은 디엔 I과 부타디엔의 랜던 공중합체이고, 중앙 블록은 아릴-치환된 올레핀 S 중합체이 블록 공중합체.

제1항 내지 13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중합된 부타디엔 단위체들은 거의 완전히 수소첨가되고, 다수의 중합된 I 단위체들은 상기 블록 공중합체를 가황시키는데 충분한 정도의 불포화도를 보유하도록 선택적으로 수소첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 블록공중합체.
제14항에 있어서, 가황처리시킨 선택적으로 수소첨가된 블록 공중합체.
제14항 또는 제15항의 선택적으로 수소첨가된 블록 공중합체 및 이소택틸 폴리프로필렌, 폴리스티렌, 폴리에틸렌, 나일론, 폴리카르보네이트, 폴리에스테르 및/또는 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 수지를 포함하는 혼합물.
제14항의 선택적 수소첨가된 블록 공중합체를 설폰화 시킨후, 이렇게 얻어진 중합체 설폰산을 금속이온 또는 중화시킴으로써 제조하는 설폰화 중합체.
