Abstract
본 발명은 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 염료, 염색하는 동안 안정한 이 염료의 개질물, 이의 제조방법 및 합성섬유재료를 염색 및 날염하기 위한 이의 용도에 관한 것이다.

Claims (8)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 염료:
- 3-아미노-5-니트로-2,1-벤조티아졸을 디아조화하고, 디아조화 생성물을 N-벤질-N-에틸아닐린에 커플링하는 것을 포함하는, 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 염료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, X-선 회절도(Cu-Kα의 복사)에서 하기의 회절각 2θ(°)의 선들을 갖는, 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 염료의 결정성 개질물: 고강도의 선:25.8, 보통강도의 선: 6.5; 7.6; 9.3; 12.0; 13.0; 15.1; 15.8; 17.5; 18.6; 20.0; 21.9; 24.0; 27.7; 31.0.
- 커플링 보조제의 존재하에 제2항에 따른 방법을 수행하는 것을 포함하는, 제3항에 따른 결정성 개질물의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 사용된 커플링 보조제가 임의적으로 치환된 저급 지방족 카복실산 및 임의적으로 치환된 지방족 알콜의 에스테르; 지방산알콜 및/또는 지방산알콜 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 에테르의 3급 인산에스테르; 지방산알콜 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 에테르 및/또는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 3급 인산 에스테르; 지방산알콜 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 에테르; 지방산 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 에스테르; 트리부틸페닐 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 에테르; 노닐-페닐 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 에테르; 또는 폴리프로필렌 글리콜 및 산화에틸렌을 기제로 하는 그래프트 중합체인 방법.
- X-선 회절도(Cu-Kα복사)에서 하기 회절각 2θ(°)의 선들을 갖는, 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 염료의 결정성 개질물: 고강도의 선: 12.0; 16.1; 17.0; 20.4; 21.9; 23.7; 26.4; 27.1; 보통강도의 선: 6.0; 8.1; 9.9; 14.2; 18.5; 23.1; 24.3; 25.1; 28.5; 30.2; 31.1; 32.6; 33.1.
- 비결정성 형태 또는 제3항에 따른 개질물 형태의 일반식(Ⅰ)의 염료를 수성층에서 70내지 150℃로 가열시키는 것을 포함하는, 제6항에 따른 결정성 개질물의 제조방법.
- 폴리에스테르 및/또는 셀룰로즈 에스테르의 직물재료 또는 이들 재료와 울 또는 셀룰로즈의 혼합직물을 염색 및 날염하기 위한, 비결정성 형태, 제3항에 따른 개질물형태, 또는 제6항에 따른 개질물 형태의 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 염료의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
