Abstract
유기계기재의 표면에, 적어도 실리콘계수지와 이산화규소를 함유하는 중간제를 개재하여 증착박막이 형성되어 있는 증착제품, 및 상기한 이산화규소를 플라스마처리에 의하여 생성하는 증착제품의 제조방법이 명시된다. 이것에 의하여, 증착박막의 접착력이 대폭으로 향상되고, 증착제품에 뛰어난 내세탁성, 내마모성이 부여된다.

제1도는 본 발명방법에 의하여 제조된 간섭색을 보유하는 증착제품의 한 예를 표시하는 개략적 부분단면도, 제2도는 제1도와 별도의 예에 관한 간섭색을 보유하는 증착제품의 개략부분단면도, 제3도는 또한 별도의 예에 관한 간섭색을 보유하는 증착제품의 개략부분단면도.
Claims (19)
- 유기계기재의 표면이 적어도 일부에, 최소한 실리콘계수와 이산화규소 등을 함유하는 중간재를 개재하여, 금속 또는 무기물을 보유하는 증착박막을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 증착제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 이산화규소가, 플라스마처리에 의하여 생성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 증착제품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 유기계기재가 폴리에스테르로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 증착제품.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 유기계기재가 시이트형상물인 것을 특징으로 하는 증착제품.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 유기계기재가 섬유제품인 것을 특징으로 하는 증착제품.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 중간제의 원소조성이, 적어도 상기한 증착박막의 근방에 있어서, 탄소원자2에 대하여 규소원자가 1 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 증착제품.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 증착박막이 전자파 간섭박막으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 증착제품.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기한 전자파 간섭박막이, 표면측으로부터 입사한 빛의, 표면에 있어서의 반사광과 이면에 있어서의 반사광의 간섭에 의하여 발색가능한, 실질적으로 투명한 박막으로 이루어지는 투명층을 보유하는 광간섭박막으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 증착제품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기한 광간섭박막이, 상기한 투명층만으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 증착제품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기한 광간섭박막이, 상기한 기재측으로부터, 가시광선영역에 있어서의 평균반사율이 60% 이상인 반사층과, 상기한 투명층으로 차례로 적충한 2층구조의 박막으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 증착제품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기한 광간섭박막이, 상기한 기재측으로부터, 가시광선영역에 있어서의 평균반사율이 60% 이상인 반투명과, 상기한 반투명층과, 가시광선영역에 있어서의 평균반사율이 60%이하인 반투명층을 이순서에 차례로 적충한 3층구조의 박막으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 증착제품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기한 광간섭박막이, 상기한 기재측으로부터, 상기한 투명층과, 가시광선영역에 있어서의 평균반사율이 60%이하인 반투명층을 차례로 적층한 2층구조의 박막으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 증착제품.
- 유기계기재의 표면에 실리콘계수지를 부여하고, 그 위에서 플라스마처리를 실시하고, 플라스마처리면상에 금속 또는 무기물을 보유하는 박막을 증착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 증착제품의 제조방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기한 유기계기재의 표면에 실시콘계수지를 부여한 후, 상기한 플라스마처리전에, 그 실리콘계수지를 열처리하여, 실리콘계수지층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 증착제품의 제조방법.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기한 증착처리가, 상기한 기재의 적어도 평면에, 표면측으로부터 입사한 빛의 표면에 있어서의 반사광과 이면에 있어서의 반사공의 간섭에 의하여 발색가능한, 실질적으로 투명한 박막으로 된 투명층을 보유하는 광간섭박막을 증착하므로서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 증착제품의 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기한 광간섭박막이, 상기한 투명층만으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 증착제품의 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기한 광간섭박막이, 상기한 개재측으로부터, 가시광선영역에 있어서의 평균반사율이 60%이상인 반사층과, 상기한 투명층을 차례로 적층한 2층구조의 박막으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 증착제품의 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기한 광간섭박막이, 상기한 기재측으로부터, 가시광선영역에 있어서의 평균반사율이 60% 이상인 반투명과, 상기한 반투명층과, 가시광선영역에 있어서의 평균반사율이 60%이하인 반투명층을 이 순서에 차례로 적충한 3층구조의 박막으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 증착제품의 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기한 광간섭박막이, 상기한 기재측으로부터, 상기한 투명층과, 가시광선영역에 있어서의 평균반사율이 60%이하인 반투명층을 차례로 적층한 2층구조의 박막으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 증착제품의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
