Abstract
본 발명은 냉장고의 야채실에 있어 투습도가 자동적으로 가변되는 투습막을 이용하여, 확실하게 야채 저장 용기내의 습도를 자동 제어하여 노결을 방지하고, 항상 야채에 적당한 고습도로 유지하여 야채를 장기간 신선하게 유지할 수 있는 냉장고를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 용기내에 윗면이 개방된 야채 저장용기(18)를 내장하고, 그 윗면을 덮도록 밀착하여 설치된 덮개(19)를 갖는다. 덮개(19)에는 수증기 투과성의 나일론이나 폴리에스테르로 형성하는 기포(21)와, 폴리우레탄 수지계의 친수성 형상 기억 수지 필름(22)으로 구성되는 투습막(20)이 설치되어 있다.

Claims (27)
- 냉장실과, 냉장실의 냉기에 의해 냉각되는 야채 저장 용기를 구비하고, 야채 저장 용기 또는 그 덮개의 적어도 어느 한쪽에는 형상 기억 수지층을 갖는 투습막이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 냉장 장치와, 윗면이 개방된 야채 저장 용기와 상기 윗면을 덮도록 밀착되게 설치된 덮개를 가지며, 상기 덮개에는 형상 기억 수지층을 갖는 투습막이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 냉장실과, 냉장실의 냉기에 의해 냉각되는 야채 저장 용기를 구비하고, 상기 야채 저장 용기의 배면에 형상 기억 수지층을 갖는 투습막이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 냉장 장치와, 야채 저장 용기를 갖고, 상기 야채 저장 용기의 배면 상부에 홈 부분이 형성되고 상기 홈 부분에 과일 용기가 장착되며, 상기 과일 용기의 배면에 형상 기억 수지층을 갖는 투습막이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제4항에 있어서, 과일 용기의 밑면에 임의의 크기로 복수개의 개구공을 설치한 냉장고.
- 냉장 장치와 윗면이 개방된 야채 저장 용기와 상기 윗면을 덮도록 밀착되어 설치된 덮개를 가지며, 상기 덮개의 일부에는 형상 기억 수지층을 갖는 투습막이 일체 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 냉장 장치와, 윗면이 개방된 야채 저장 용기와 상기 윗면을 덮도록 밀착되어 설치된 개구부를 갖는 덮개를 가지며, 형상 기억 수지층을 갖는 투습막이 일체적으로 끼워 넣어진 격자상의 개별 부품이, 상기 덮개의 개구부에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 투습막은, 수증기 투과성의 기포와 친수성의 형상 기억 수지로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 투습막은 친수성의 형상 기억 수지와 소수성의 형상 기억 수지를 소정의 비율로 혼합한 형상 기억 수지 필름과 수증기 투과성의 기포로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 투습막은 수증기 투과성의 단열층을 갖는 기포와 친수성의 형상 기억 수지 필름을 구비하고, 상기 투습막의 기포는 덮개의 외면측에 있으며, 상기 투습막의 형상 기억 수지 필름은 덮개의 내면측에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제10항에 있어서, 직포 또는 부직포를 2겹 이상 중첩해 쌓은 기포를 구성하고, 기포에 단열성을 부여한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 2 이상의 직물재를 가지고 기포를 구성하고, 상기 직물재 사이에 스페이서를 끼워 공기층을 형성하는 단열층을 갖는 기포로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제10항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단열층의 전열 계수를 야채 저장 용기측 벽면과 동등하게한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제10항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 형상 기억 수지 필름의 실내 측면에 보호 기포를 사용하고 보호 기포의 단열 계수 보다도 단열층을 갖는 실외면의 기포의 단열 계수 쪽이 크게한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제8항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 형성 기억 수지가 폴리우레탄계 수지로 기포가 나일론 또는 폴리에스테르 등의 직포 또는 부직포인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제8항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 투습막은 기포에 형성 기억 수지가 접착되어 형상되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고
- 제8항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 투습막은 기포와 형상 기억 수지가 적당한 간격으로 분포하는 접착층을 매개하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제8항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 투습막의 형상 기억 수지면이 야채 저장 용기의 내측으로 되도록 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제8항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 형상 기억 수지의 양면이 수증기 투과성의 기포로 끼워진 구성으로된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제8항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기포에 발수 처리를 한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 투습막은 수증기 투과성의 직물과 형상 기억 수지로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제21항에 있어서, 형상 기억 수지는 폴리우레탄계 수지이며, 직물은 나일론 또는 폴리에스테르를 소재로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제21항 또는 제22항에 있어서, 형상 기억 수지는, 직물의 적어도 한쪽측에 코팅되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제21항 내지 제23항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 형상 기억 수지는, 직물의 소정 장소만 코팅되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제1항 내지 제24항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 투습막에 복수개의 세공을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제1항 내지 제25항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 투습막이 온계열 항균제로 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제1항 내지 제26항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 투습막을 덮도록 덮개의 외표면에 커버 시트를 맞추어 붙여서 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
