Abstract

本发明揭示了一种透湿装置及具有其的冰箱,该透湿装置包括相对应的第一表面及第二表面。透湿装置的第一表面及第二表面的至少部分限定中空的腔室,透湿装置的第一表面及第二表面限定腔室的区域设置通孔,腔室容纳再生纤维素。本发明还揭示了该透湿装置的制造方法,将添加黏性剂的再生纤维素浆液灌注到腔室中。本发明通过设置腔体,将再生纤维素直接灌注到腔体中形成透湿膜,省却了装配工序,同时省却了无纺布支架。

Description

透湿装置、冰箱及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于冰箱保湿技术领域,具体涉及一种与塑料件一体成型的透湿装置及冰箱。
背景技术
通常冰箱内设置专门的收纳容器保存蔬果等生鲜,收纳容器内的湿度、温度、气体对流都会影响生鲜的新鲜度,控制容器内的环境在适宜的条件范围,可以延长保鲜周期。
专利CN203454588U公开了一种冰箱的储物保湿盒,通过在盖与盒体形成间隙,使得储物保湿盒的储藏空间非密闭,内外空气可交换。但该方案达到的技术效果是使保湿盒内外湿度趋于一致,如果外部环境湿度过高或过低,则盒内部湿度也会偏离适宜的范围。
专利CN103507339A公开了由再生纤维素保持于纤维素基材上所构成的感湿透湿膜,先制备该感湿透湿膜,将其表面层叠无纺布以防止膜发生破裂,再进一步地将其固定于框架上,以组装到冰箱的果蔬盒上。这种技术生产步骤较为繁复,且为了达到保湿透湿的效果,框架需无缝安装于果蔬盒,增加了工艺难度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有冰箱保湿透湿结构需要无纺布骨架、框架固定及组装工序的问题。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供一种透湿装置,透湿装置包括相对应的第一表面及第二表面。透湿装置的第一表面及第二表面的至少部分限定中空的腔室,透湿装置的第一表面及第二表面限定腔室的区域设置通孔,腔室容纳再生纤维素。
作为本发明的进一步改进,腔室的内壁至少部分为粗糙表面。
作为本发明的进一步改进,腔室为多个且相对独立。
作为本发明的进一步改进,通孔截面为圆形 。
本发明的另一方面,提供具有上述透湿装置的冰箱。
本发明的又一方面,提供一种透湿装置的制造方法,该透湿装置包括相对应的第一表面及第二表面。透湿装置的第一表面及第二表面的至少部分限定中空的腔室,透湿装置的第一表面及第二表面限定腔室的区域设置通孔。其方法包括以下步骤:
再生纤维浆液中添加黏性剂;
将再生纤维浆液灌注到腔室中;
挤压、烘干,平整表面。
作为本发明的进一步改进,黏性剂为高筋淀粉。
作为本发明的进一步改进,将再生纤维浆液灌注到腔室的步骤中,将透湿装置浸入再生纤维浆液,让浆液自然灌注到腔室内。
作为本发明的进一步改进,将再生纤维浆液灌注到腔室的步骤中,通过注射器将再生纤维浆液压注到腔室内。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的透湿装置、冰箱及其制备方法,通过设置腔体,将再生纤维素直接灌注到腔体中形成透湿膜,省却了装配工序,同时省却了无纺布支架。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图所示的具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。但这些实施方式并不限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员根据这些实施方式所做出的结构、方法、或功能上的变换均包含在本发明的保护范围内。
本发明内所描述的表达位置与方向的词,均是冰箱门为参照,靠近门的一端为前端,远离门的一端为后端。
在本发明的实施方式中,以果蔬盒为例对本发明的透湿装置做具体的阐释,但应当说明的是,在下述的实施方式中所涉及的技艺精神可以被替换地利用到其它形式的收纳容器上,示范性地,例如抽屉。
参照图1,果蔬盒1包括底板、前壁、后壁、左侧壁及右侧壁限定的盒体10及位于盒体10上方的盖体11。
参照图2,盖体11为注塑一体成型,包括上表面110、下表面111。上表面110面向果蔬盒1外部,下表面111面向果蔬盒1内部。上表面110、下表面111的至少部分限定中空的腔室301。上下表面之间被如此构造以容纳透湿材料,承载透湿膜。
腔室301的内壁301a、301b为粗糙表面,以增大塑料件与透湿材料之间的静摩擦力。
图2所示实施例中,腔室301为一个。可选的,腔室301为多个相对独立的。
结合参照图2至图4,上表面110及下表面111限定腔室301的区域设置有通孔,用于透湿材料与外部进行气水交换。
优选的,通孔为多个,重复排列在上表面110及下表面111。通孔截面形状例如可以为圆形或多边形。通孔的排列组合规律不限于图3及图4所示意的,例如还可以为网状,旋涡状等。通孔组成的格栅结构起到支架的作用,支撑腔室301内的再生纤维素成膜,且防止再生纤维素膜与物品接触导致破损及污染。
透湿膜的主要原料是再生纤维,再生纤维的前处理主要包括碎浆、贮浆、精磨、调料、稀释冲浆,制成再生纤维浆液。此前处理工艺条件与造纸工艺一致,在此不再赘述。
将再生纤维的浆液浇筑到腔室301内,干燥后形成透湿膜。参图5,浇筑的方法包括以下步骤:
S101、再生纤维浆液中添加黏性剂。黏性剂可以为高筋淀粉或其它胶质,增加再生纤维与塑料件的附着力;
S102、将再生纤维浆液灌注到腔室301中;
S103、挤压、烘干,平整表面。
在一具体实施方式中,S102包括:
将盖体11浸入含有再生纤维浆液的槽里,让浆液经通孔及/或位于盖体侧壁112的开口自然灌注到腔室301内;
优选的一具体实施方式中,S102包括:
通过注射器将再生纤维浆液压注到腔室301内。
其中,参照图6,优选的,在压注时,使用垫板12覆盖腔室301的至少一个镂空表面,以防止注入的浆液从该表面的通孔溢出。待再生纤维层干燥定型后,移除垫板12。
需要说明的是,这里虽然以盖体11为例对本发明透湿装置的结构及制造方法做说明,但应当理解的是,透湿装置可以被设置于收纳容器的至少任何一个面。优选的,透湿装置被设置于收纳容器距离冰箱冷气出口最近的面,以达到最优的防结露及透湿性能。
相比现有技术中透湿膜以插入、卡扣等活动结构与收纳容器结合,本发明中的透湿装置,塑料件为收纳容器的一部分,再生纤维直接与塑料件结合。塑料件一次开模注塑成型,省却了装配工序,增强了透湿装置的整体性,密封性更好。同时,塑料件起到透湿膜骨架的作用,替代了现有的以无纺布为透湿膜支撑的技术。其中,塑料件也可为其他硬质材料,如金属。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

1.一种透湿装置,包括相对应的第一表面及第二表面,其特征在于,所述第一表面及第二表面的至少部分限定中空的腔室,所述第一表面及第二表面限定腔室的区域设置通孔,所述腔室容纳再生纤维素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透湿装置,其特征在于,所述腔室的内壁至少部分为粗糙表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的外科手术器械,其特征在于,所述腔室为多个且相对独立。
4.根据权利要求1所述的透湿装置,其特征在于,所述,通孔截面为圆形。
5.一种冰箱,其特征在于,所述冰箱包含上述权利要求1~4任一所述的透湿装置。
6.一种透湿装置的制造方法,其特征在于,所述透湿装置包括相对应的第一表面及第二表面,所述第一表面及第二表面的至少部分限定中空的腔室,所述第一表面及第二表面限定腔室的区域设置通孔,所述方法包括以下步骤:
再生纤维浆液中添加黏性剂;
将再生纤维浆液灌注到腔室中;
挤压、烘干,平整表面。
7.根据权利要求6所述的透湿装置的制造方法,其特征在于,所述黏性剂为高筋淀粉。
8.根据权利要求6所述的透湿装置的制造方法,其特征在于,所述将再生纤维浆液灌注到腔室的步骤中,将透湿装置浸入再生纤维浆液,让浆液自然灌注到腔室内。
9.根据权利要求6所述的透湿装置的制造方法,其特征在于,所述将再生纤维浆液灌注到腔室的步骤中,通过注射器将再生纤维浆液压注到腔室内。
