Abstract
본 발명은 과탄산나트륨(2Na2CO3·3H2O2)을 과봉산나트륨으로 피복시킴으로써 저장 안정성을 증가시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라, 수성 상에서 탄산나트륨과 과산화수소를 반응시키고 수성 상으로부터 탄산나트륨염을 분리함으로써 수득되는 습윤 과탄산나트륨염을 일종의 치환세정에 의해 고체-액체 분리기에서 과붕산나트륨을 함유하는 용액 또는 현탁액으로 처리한다. 익히 공지된 방법들과는 대조적으로 본 발명에 따르는 경우, 소량의 과붕산염 피막을 피막을 사용하여 더욱 양호한 저장 안정성을 수득한다.

Claims (4)
- 습윤 과탄산나트륨염에 당해 습윤 과탄산나트륨염 100kg당 과봉산나트륨 함유 수용액 또는 현탁약 5 내지 100ℓ를 분무시키고 과량의 수용액 또는 현탁액을 동시에 또는 연속적으로 고체-액체 분리시 속에서 분리시키고 과봉산나트륨을 함유하는 현탁액이 사용되는 경우, 현탁액 과봉산나트륨 입자가, 이의 입자 직경이 필수적으로 과탄산나트륨 입자보다 더욱 작음을 특징으로 하여, 탄산나트륨을 과산화수소와 반응시키고, 수성상으로 부터 분리시키는 공지된 방식으로 제조된 습윤 과탄산나트륨염에 NaBO2·H2O2로 표시되는 15 내지 450g/ℓ함량의 과봉산나트륨을 함유하는 수용액 또는 현탁액을 분무시키고 40 내지 90°C에서 건조시킴으로써 과탄산나트륨 코어 및 일반식 NaBO2·H2O2·nH2O(여기서 n,은 0,1,2 또는 3이다)의 과봉산나트륨을 함유하는 피막으로 이루어진 안정화된 과탄산나트륨을 제조하는 방법
- 제1항에 있어서 습윤 과탄산나트륨염에 NaBO2·H2O2로 표현되는 과봉산나트륨 함량이 약 20내지 400g/ℓ인 과봉산 나트륨 함유 수용액 또는 현탁액, 바람직하게는 필수적으로 입자를 함유하지 않는 용액을 습윤 염100㎏당 10 내지 50ℓ양으로 분무함을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 원심분리기, 바람직하게는 스크린-콘베이어 또는 푸쉬형(push-type)원심 분리기가 고체-액체 분리기로서 사용되고 분무 및 과량의 용액 또는 현탁액의 분리가 필수적으로 동시에 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서 건조가 일반식 NaBO2·H2O2·3H2O의 과봉산나트륨의 융점이상의 온도에서 적어도 일시적으로 수행되고, 이때 결정수가 동시에 부분적으로 또는 완전히 제거됨을 특징으로 하는 방법※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
