Abstract

Claims (32)
- 하나 이상의 층을 가지는 하나 이상의 다중층 안전 엘레멘트를 갖추고 있고 상기 하나 이상의 층은 회절구조들, 상세하게는 홀로그래픽 구조들이 릴리프 구조의 형상으로 엠보싱되고 그리고 하나 이상의 다른 층과 결합되어 있는 지폐, ID카드 등과 같은 안전서류에 있어서, 2개의 층(2,4,20,21)이 회절구조들이 존재하는 반응 래커들로 이루어진 플라스틱층들이고, 반사층이 상기 플라스틱층들(2,4,20,21) 사이에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 안전서류.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 층들(2,4,20,21)이 화학적으로 균질한 재료들로 만들어진 안전서류.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 안전 엘레멘트(9)가 하나 이상의 층이 반응 래커로 이루어진 2개의 플라스틱 층(2,4,20,21)을 가지는 안전서류.
- 전술한 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 층을(2,4,20,21)중 하나는 청색광 경화 래커로 이루어진 안전서류.

- 회전구조들, 상세하게는 홀로그램이 릴리프 구조의 형상으로 엠보싱되고 반사층과 결합된 엠보싱층을 가지는 다중층 안전 엘레멘트를 갖추고, 안전 엘레멘트는 크게 가공된 안전 서류에 적용되어져 있는 지폐,ID카드 등과 같은 안전서류를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 회절구조들을 반응래커층이나 반응 접착제층에 엠보싱시키는 단계, 반사층을 갖춘 반응래커층로 된 엠보싱층을 제공하는 단계, 및 반사층에 반응래커의 다른 층을 적용시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 안전서류 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 제1반응래커층을 갖춘 1층 또는 다중층 포일을 제공하는 이 층에 릴리프 구조를 엠보싱시키는 단계, 얇은 반사층을 갖춘 포일을 제공하는 단계, 반응 래커층 또는 반응 접착제층을 갖춘 안전서류 및/또는 적어도 얼마의 영역에 반사층을 제공하는 단계, 접촉직전 또는 접촉 중 활성화된 반응 접착제에 의해 상호 접속상태로 안전서류 및 포일을 보내는 단계, 및 포일이 전사 포일을 가지는 경우에 전사층을 제거하는 단계를 갖는 안전서류 제조방법.
- 제14항 또는 15항에 있어서, 화학적으로 균질한 재료들이 엠보싱 층과 접착제 층을 위해 이용되는 안전 서류 제조방법.
