Abstract

균일한 개공형상을 보유하고, 인쇄잉크의 유지성과 평형성이 우수한 감열공판인쇄용 원지와 그 제조방법이 개시되어 있다.
폴리에스테르 필름의 한 쪽 면에 폴리에스테르섬유로 된 다공성 지지체가 적층되어서 구성되는 감열 공판 인쇄용 원지에 있어서, 그 다공성 지지체는 섬유가 서로 융착한 융착점이 있는 망상체를 형성하고 있고, 또, 그 망상체 중의 융착점중에서의 일부의 융착점에서 섬유 사이에 걸쳐지고, 또, 그 두께가 평균 섬유직경보다도 작은 막이 형성되어서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감열 공판인쇄용 원지로 했기 때문에, 그 원지를 사용한 공판인쇄에서 얻어지는 인쇄물은 고화상성이고, 이면이 비치지 않으며, 또, 반송성이 우수하다.

Claims (19)

  1. 폴리에스테르필름의 한 쪽 면에 폴리에스테르 섬유로 된 다공성 지지체가 적층되어서 구성되는 감열공판인쇄용 원지에 있어서, 그 다공성 지지체는 망상체를 형성하고 있고, 또, 그 망상체 중의 융착점중의 일부 융착점에서 섬유사이에 걸쳐지고, 또한, 그 두께가 평균섬유직경보다도 작은 막이 형성되어서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 감열공판인쇄용 원지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르필름이 융점(Tm1)과 다공성 지지체를 형성하는 폴리에스테르섬유의 융점(Tm2)이 Tm1Tm2 인 것을 특징으로 하는 감열공판인쇄용 원지.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르필름이 융점(Tm1)과 다공성 지지체를 형성하는 폴리에스테르섬유의 융점(Tm2)이 Tm1 〈 Tm2 이고, 또 그 온도차가 20℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 감열공판인쇄용 원지.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다공성 지지체가 섬도 0.01∼10데니어의 연신배향섬유로 구성되는 부직포인 것을 특징으로 하는 감열공판인쇄용 원지.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다공성 지지체가 섬도 0.1∼10데니어의 연신배향섬유로 구성되는 부직포인 것을 특징으로 하는 감열공판인쇄용 원지.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다공성 지지체의 섬유 중량이 2∼20g/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 감열공판인쇄용 원지.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다공성 지지체의 개공부의 면적분률이 5∼80%인 것을 특징으로 하는 감열공판인쇄용 원지.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다공성 지지체의 개공부를 원으로 보았을 경우의 등가원직경의 평균값이 5∼100㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 감열공판인쇄용 원지.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다공성 지지체의 결정화도가 20% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 감열공판인쇄용 원지.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다공성 지지체의 복굴절(△n)이 0.1 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 감열공판인쇄용 원지.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르필름이 두께 0.1∼10㎛의 2축연신필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 감열공판인쇄용 원지.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르필름의 결정융해 에너지(△Hu)가 3∼11cal/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 감열공판인쇄용 원지.
  13. 제1항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르필름의 또 다른 한 편의 면에 이형제층이 형성되어 구성되고, 그 이형제가 물에 용해, 유화 또는 현탁하는 석유계 왁스(A), 식물성 왁스(B) 및 오일상 물질(C)의 혼합물을 주성분으로 하고, (A+B)/C의 중량비가 100/1∼1/1인 것을 특징으로 하는 감열공판인쇄용 원지.
  14. 제1항 내지 제13항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유사이에 결쳐지는 상기한 막을 보유하는 융착점의 수가 상기한 다공성 지지체 1㎟당 1개 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 감열공판인쇄용 원지.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 섬유사이에 결쳐지는 상기한 막을 보유하는 융착점의 수가 상기한 다공성 지지체 1㎟당 5개 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 감열공판인쇄용 원지.
  16. 미연신 폴리에스테르필름과, 미연신 폴리에스테르섬유로 구성되는 다공성 지지체를 열간압착한 후, 2축 공연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감열공판인쇄용 원지의 제조방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 미연신 폴리에스테르필름과, 미연신 폴리에스테르섬유로 구성되는 다공성 지지체를 열간압착한 후, 2축 공연신의 전 또는 후, 혹은 그 중간공정에서, 폴리에스테르필름이 또 다른 한편의 면에 이형제를 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감열공판인쇄용 원지의 제조방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 이형제가 물에 용해 또는 현탁하는 석유계 왁스(A), 식물성 왁스(B) 및 오일상 물질(C)의 혼합물을 주성분으로 하고, (A+B)/C의 중량비가 100/1∼1/1인 것을 특징으로 하는 감열공판인쇄용 원지의 제조방법.
